Established in 1875, Brosses is located 10 km south of Sancerre, in the heart of the Loire Valley. Since 1973, the Girard family has overseen the estate and today Nicolas Girard leads the domaine, drawing on international experience with Sauvignon Blanc to refine vineyards and cellar practices. Aromas of white fruit, pepper, and minerals. Round and silky with elegant acidity.

A natural wine crafted with organically grown grapes on clay & limestone soils before being pressed directly and aged in stainless steels tanks on the fine lees. No inputs during vinification, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphites. Overripe peach, slightly stewed lemon, hazelnuts, plums and apricot. Delightfully juicy and easy going.

Fermented in vat with the extraction obtained by foot pressing. The goal is to preserve the delicate nature of the grapes and obtain a purity of expression. With bags of red fruit this wine is showing lots of character in youth and some development with sweet tobacco notes and baking spices coming from oak contact. The tannins are well integrated with refreshing acidity.

"Elegant citrus and white flower aromas, with a persistent, lively mousse. Fresh green apple, melon, chamomile, and mineral notes evolve into orange blossom and violets, then sherbet, lemon curd and earthy flavours. Youthful, precise, with hidden depths, with a vanilla, strawberry, citrus, and greengage finish."

From the province of Florence, this bright and juicy Chianti has aromas and flavors of red fruits, violets and spice. The finish is bright, fresh, supple and long. The perfect Tuscan red to pair with both traditional Italian fare (like pizza, pasta and eggplant) as well as dishes like roast chicken and burgers.

Appearance: A pale, buttery blond. Like amber agave or bales of straw in the fading sunlight.

Nose: Faint, airy floral scents being carried in the wind. Slightly sweet and fruity, like baked apple cobbler with sweet brown sugar and cinnamon, wafting thru Grandma’s kitchen.

Palate: Soft and light on the palate, it’s easy on the mouth and throat.

Sunshine in a glass. Aromatic and bright with a crisp, clean finish, this wine features flavors of lemon and kiwi and scents of green apple. Pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, summer salads, and grilled chicken as well as light and simple foods all year long. This wine is especially well suited for summertime sipping in the sun.

A vibrant expression of the Languedoc region's winemaking heritage. Crafted by Domaines Paul Mas, this rosé presents a pale salmon hue and offers a complex nose with aromas of cherry, strawberry, and floral notes, evolving toward soft candied fruit. On the palate, it is rich and smooth, showcasing ripe red fruits balanced by refreshing acidity.

Lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha, and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes. Boysenberry, blackberry, and mocha flavors lend complexity and depth on the palate.
