Crafted from the distinctive Goruli Mtsvane grape variety, this wine is aged to perfection in French oak barrels, imparting deep oak tones that harmonise beautifully with its natural acidity. Offers a well-balanced taste profile, marked by its crisp acidity and nuanced oak character. Ideal for pairing with seafood, light salads, and fresh cheeses.

Airy and floral with a lovely touch of fresh mint that gives way to young peach and white flowers. This is distinctly savory on the palate, with a tart lemon rind tinge, giving way to young kiwi and mineral tones, more like an herbal tea than wine. Brisk acidity maintains a lifted feel. It finishes with medium length and a liquid floral sensation with tactile mineral tones.

Dominique Moreau of Marie-Courtin is among Champagne’s most revered grower-producers, known for biodynamic farming, single-vineyard bottlings, and a laser-focus on purity and energy. Concordance is her flagship cuvée, sourced from old-vine Pinot Noir in the village of Polisot, in the Côte des Bar. Ripe pear, apple skin, white flowers, chalk and a mineral-driven palate.

"Léon” is Jean-Baptiste Menigoz's flagship Chardonnay. The 2022 Léon is taut and mineral-driven, showing citrus zest, green apple, and white peach, layered with notes of hazelnut and crushed rock. There’s energy and texture in equal measure, with racy acidity balancing a supple, saline finish. It’s Jura Chardonnay at its most direct and expressive.

Jean-Michel Stephan is a cult figure in Côte-Rôtie, crafting soulful, unadorned wines from old-vine parcels in the appellation’s steep schist slopes. Coteaux de Tupin comes from Stephan’s oldest vines, planted in 1981, on pure mica-schist terraces at the southern limit of Côte-Rôtie. Blackberry, violet, cured olive, smoked meat, cracked pepper and crushed stone.

Lifts from the glass with a rich blend of yellow apples, raw almonds and hints of confectionery spice. This is soft-textured and round with a core of brilliant acidity and sour citrus to balance. Crunchy mineral tones amass toward the close. It tapers off long and potent, leaving tropical inner florals to resonate over a staining of primary fruit concentration.

The domaine owns vines in two areas of Villages-level Chablis along with two small plots of Premier Cru Chablis on the Cote de Lechet and Vaillons slopes. Flint, apple and pineapple; white plum and grapefruit. Very fresh, sometimes sharp in the first years, the chablis reaches a perfect balance after a fair amount of evolution.

The wine comes from grapes sourced in Luján de Cuyo and showcases ripe aromas of black fruit. Light notes of licorice enhance the flavors of ripe plums that echo the nose. It has a soft texture and is easy to drink.

A bright example of Vouvray showing classic green apple and white blossom notes. Fresh acidity and a rounded body thanks to the four months maturation on lees. This wine is pale lemon in color with youthful hues. Reminiscent of green apples and white flowers. The palate is crisp, clean and beautifully balanced with a long refreshing finish.
