Description: Golden yellow color with amber reflections; apricot and almond aromas and dense, sweet flavors with good persistence and a good harmony between sweetness and acidity. Grapes are hung to dry from the rafters of a well-ventilated loft until January. Once dried, the grapes are pressed and the juice left to ferment slowly in new oak barrels for 3-5 years.

Ample acidity, but tannins have begun to mellow and integrate into the wine. Grown on sandy hillsides. Average vine age 80 years. . Farming: no herbicide, no insecticide or anti-botrytis agent, only anti-mildew and anti-oidium. Managing yield via manual debudding and green harvesting. Under AB conversion since 2011. Aged in old foudres for 3-18 months depending on the year, then transferred to stainless steel tanks.
