“Bel-Air et Clardy” blends two biodynamically farmed parcels near Courgis, each rooted in clay-limestone and marl soils. The 2023 was fermented with native yeasts and aged in old barrels for a year on lees without racking. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it’s a concentrated yet electric Chablis. Citrus, chalk, and saline energy define this precise, expressive cuvée.

In the glass, MunJebel Rosso presents a vibrant ruby hue. The nose is layered with aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, and dried rose, intertwined with notes of crushed herbs, blood orange, and flinty minerality. On the palate, it offers ripe fruit flavors supported by electric, almost pulsating beams of acidity, leading to a balanced and satisfying finish.

The light skin contact results in a combination of density as well as elegance and makes this wine very suited to accompany a wide variety of dishes and cuisine, from fish to white meat. The vineyards (Calderara, Borriglione, Crasà and Picciolo) are located between 620 and 750 m. Fresh yellow fruit with great volcanic minerality.
