Select lots of grapes are chosen from their vineyards in Sonoma County to create this beautifully-balanced and medium-bodied Merlot. This is a velvety wine with a complex nose of plum, chocolate spice, dark berries, coffee, caramel and cedar. A fleshy mouthfeel is followed by flavors of bright, upfront, red fruit, a structured mid-palate and a firm backbone of ripe tannins.

Here's a mouthwatering, succulent red that arrives with aromas and flavors of juicy black cherry, licorice, white pepper and graphite. It's light bodied, fresh and savory, with solid but polished tannins. An almond note gives it a pleasantly bitter finish. It's made to be drunk young so enjoy soon.

Red with a bricking rim it has a slightly volatile nose showing lifted, earthy, spicy, rather baked fruit. The palate is warm, mouthfilling, spicy and dry with lots of sweet spicy elements and a slightly metallic tang on the finish. Nicely complex and rather funky. The tannins have softened such that they're almost non-existent in terms of providing structure.

On the nose it has a strong aroma bouquet, with white fruits, floral notes and toasty and buttery hints (from its oak fermentation and ageing). In the palate it is rich, mouth-coating but with substantial acidity level that makes it rounded and well-balanced. Very fine white wine that shows elegance and depth.

A delicate, perfumed nose starts this off, leading to a fresh and lithe palate full of attractive fruit and tiny, firm tannins. Nothing is done to excess, resulting in a great wine with evident Margaux character.

With an average vine age of 29-30 years old, it offers lovely concentration and complexity. To accentuate these qualities, it was aged in French oak barrels (40% new) for 20 months prior to bottling. The result is a layered and expressive wine with aromas of coffee, blueberry, and toast. On the palate, it is rich and supple, with flavors of plum, boysenberry, and cocoa.

Ripe but restrained, fruity yet elegant, this richly concentrated red offers luscious black cherry and berry flavors nuanced by hints of earth, smoke and spice. The palate is rich and fleshy but anchored by taut acidity and a finely edged backbone of tannins.
