This vineyard is owned by the Fauchey family, who have been making wine in the Saint Emilion appellation of the Bordeaux area since the 17th century. With a red fruit nose and a smooth, medium bodied mouth, Chateau Paret goes well with any red meat. This amazingly dense, dark, posh tasting claret is a complete surprise at a fantastic price.

I can honestly say I've never had a vermouth remotely like this before. Delightful but quirky. More bitter, and with this really interesting nutmeg flavor on the palate.

The original. A medium-bodied, fruity red that features scents of dark berry and cassis with notes of sweet baking spice and savory oak. The core reveals a pleasing mix of black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum, and soft tannins balanced out by a round mouthfeel. Delicious on its own or paired with light tomato-based pastas, a juicy cheeseburger, or roasted pork tenderloin.

Mayu Pedro Ximenez is a stylish white wine that offers appealing floral and fruit aromas, with flavors balanced by fresh acidity, minerality and a long finish. Single-vineyard, old vine, dry PX from one of Chile’s highest elevation vineyards - 6,320 ft.

This cuvée comes from Gaillac in Southwest France. The Gamay preserves a nice acidity due to the proximity to the Tarn River, despite the warm climate that is characteristic of the Gaillac region. Fermented with indigenous yeast in concrete vat-this alternative to Beaujolais shows tons of red fruit and earth.

An innovation and small revolution for our family house which produced exclusively Blancs de Blancs Champagnes prior to 2007, this Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay from Le Mesnil and a wonderful "Rosé de Saignée" giving birth to a Rosé Champagne in keeping with the Pierre Peters style: full of freshness, purity and elegance.

One of Argentina’s oldest varietals, this rare barrel-fermented white is harvested from 60+ year-old vines and has fresh, clean citrus aromas with a hint of oak. Enjoy fresh, clean citric and herbal notes. Flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, coconut, and caramel are elegant and soft on the palate. A lovely dose of crisp acidity carries the wine through the finish.

The 2015 Zinfandel East Bench, 100% Zinfandel from Ridge's Dry Creek estate, is deep, pliant and generous, all qualities that make it easy to drink and enjoy, even today. Succulent dark cherry and plum fruit flavors add to the wine's up-front personality. Bright acids perk up the finish, but this is a decidedly fruity style.

Orlegi is a return to the traditional light, fruit-forward wines of Rioja Alavesa. Utilizing whole-cluster fermentation for some of the grapes and indigenous yeasts, this is a classic, young Tempranillo from Rioja for everyday drinking.

Pale, bright yellow. High-pitched aromas of orange blossom, lavender sea salt and spices. Brisk and intense, offering a nicely tactile mouthfeel to the flavors of ripe citrus and stone fruits and spices. A real essence of Meursault fruit. Finishes dense, saline and classically dry, with a minty lift. This is excellent.

From two single vineyards in the village of La Morra, Bricco Manescotto and Annunziata, which accentuate the more ethereal and finer Nebbiolo’s aromatics and structure. These crus, that could be potentially used for Barolo, are declassified and the grapes vinified and aged to be Langhe Nebbiolo. A beautiful introduction to this noble grape and region. Vinification in stainless.

The 2013 Barolo Bricco delle Viole is a real head-turner. Sweet, perfumed, vivid and exceptionally beautiful, the 2013 is simply stunning. A wine of exceptional finesse and sensuality, the 2013 hits all the right notes. Today, the 2013 reminds me of the 2008, but with more depth, density and creaminess - especially through the middle - and slightly redder fruit tones.

Planted in the sandy, clay soils of La Morra. The grapes are fermented in steel with 3-4 days on the skins. The wine matures in French oak barriques (30% new) for 24 months. Very intense ruby red with garnet reflections. A very fresh nose of rose petals, flowers, ethereal, light, sweet. The palate is warm and elegant, with smooth but intense tannins. The complete package.
