The grapes come from the Gerbino & Miccina vineyards. Gerbino in Contessa Entellina is the family's oldest vineyards, originally planted by great grandfather Ciaccio. The altitude ranges from 420-480 meters above sea level; Soft rolling hills and mixed clay with limestone soil. Miccina is located in Contessa Entellina.

Offering fabulous notes of black cherries, currants, crushed rocks and sous bois, this beauty hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, building tannin and a killer finish. This is a sensational Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed today, or cellared for a decade or more.

A true Bordeaux blend encompassing the top five Bordeaux grapes varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot with small additions of Petit Verdot and Malbec. The Mount Eden parameters of low yields, maximum maturity, and cool climate viticulture are used to achieve balanced ripeness. Graphite, smoke, licorice and black cherry jam infuse the super-expressive finish.

The vines for the Estate Cabernet were planted in 1940s from clippings of Château Margaux. Extremely elegant and restrained at first on the nose, eventually showing gravel, crushed rocks, blackberry and forest underbrush. A very firm structure weaves together an incredibly well-integrated wine, with dense mulberry and dried-fennel notes that morph into crushed herbs with time.

Certified organic and biodynamic. Natural alcoholic fermentaion in foudres, no oenological corrections. Aging one year on fine lees in foudres, minimul sulfur addition at bottling.

Complantation is the art of mixing grape varieties in a terroir. It is the oldest form of viticulture key to creating robust biodiversity. It ensures regular harvests by creating a complex and natural ecosystem. Domaine Marcel Deiss have perfected this technique. This wine is tense, bright and dry. From 80 year old Graciano vines, this wine shows the richness and weight you expect from Rioja.

This chardonnay comes from 35 year old vines planted on limestone. Hand harvested, destemmed and pressed. Native yeast fermentation in old foudres followed by aging and malolactic fermentation in used 600 L barrels. Minimal SO2 additions.

Fixin 'La Place' is aged in 30% new oak. It has a fragrant bouquet with lifted floral scents that are very well-defined. The palate is crisp and fresh with pointed acidity. This is a very competent, vibrant, silky smooth Fixin that is full of vigor.
The vines were planted in 1973 on a gentle slope with east-west exposure in clay-limestone silt soil. All Hand harvested.
