This wine presents an intense red color and aromas of candied cherries. A beautiful structure with an elegant and delicate finish. Pommard is know for more structured and intense Pinot Noir. South-east orientation of these 40 year old vines. Hand harvested and family owned.

Very much a classic Médoc wine with its deep color, dark fruit aromas of blackberries and cassis, and a firm grip on the palate. It is ideal with savory meat dishes such as roast beef or rack of lamb or with flavorful hard cheeses. 2010 is a classic vintage, and this wine certainly hits that mark.

A faintly yeasty aromatic overlay is entirely pleasant. Fresh lime and grapefruit are pungently scented, brightly juicy, and tinged with mouthwatering salinity on a tangy, animating finish. There is an impressive sense of sheer stuffing here – reinforced by Busch’s usual long lees exposure and late bottling – that in no way inhibits refreshment.

120 Cabernet Sauvignon is an intensive red violet wine, on the nose red and black fruit are dominant with a touch of spice, distinctive of this variety intermingled with aromas of vanilla, clove and tobacco from wood. On the palate it is well-rounded, with sweet, elegant tannins that remain strong providing a juicy, fresh lingering finish.

This is one of those aroma-driven wines that you fall in love with when you smell, and then surprises you on the pallet (in a great way). Nose is rich: dried tart cherry, berry jam, wet stone. Palate is dry and delicate: orange peel, great acidity, and very minimal, dusty tannins. This is a medium bodied, age-worthy Carignan.

Classic Montagny. Minerals, wet stones, salt air on the nose. Apricot and honeysuckle up front quickly turn to lip smacking, cheek sweating acidity. Finishes longer than expected with more clean minerality.

Appearance is deep garnet red, with purplish lights. Rich, wooded hint, red fruits, blackcurrant and raspberry, followed by violet aromas. Fleshy, fresh and fruity with supple tannins giving a good finish. Vibrant and honestly structure making it a great value from Bordeaux!

From 40 year old vines planted in sandy, silty soil, Grenache and Syrah are handpicked and destemmed. This wine is aged in the tank for 18 months. Spicy, red fruits along with blackberry and plum notes. Vibrant with baking spice and peppery tannins.

istler’s 2015s are fabulous. Yields were down 25-30% across the board, which gives the wines notable textural richness and intensity. At the same time, acidities stayed high. The interplay of deep fruit and salivating acidity is the key attribute of these wines, and of the vintage more broadly.

Deep reddish purple with
aromas of bright berry/cherry fruit. Big body yet very balanced with luscious
layers of raspberry, cherry, and cocoa flavors. Just a hint of baking spice at the
end brings it all together. A great companion to grilled or smoked meats. Pairs
well with beef and pork, and even pizza with meat toppings.
