Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2013 Pinot Noir Mas Cavalls Dona Margarita Vineyard has lifted cherries, violets and roses on the nose with a suggestion of Provence herbs. Medium-bodied and delicately played in the mouth, it has a gentle frame of chewy tannins and an invigorating finish.

Fresh and lively in green grass, melon and pear, this well-made wine is restrained in ripeness and body, opting to highlight its stony minerality and a touch of gravel on the texture. It finishes light and breezy. Lots of cherry blossom, river bed, praline, pomelo, apple pie and hints of citrus rind to this sauvignon blanc.

This rich California Red Wine offers a barrage of intense red fruit with soft and approachable tannins. A flock of California’s finest spicy Zinfandel, bold Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and inky Syrah come together to form a premium quality, easy-drinking wine with some complexity that everyone can enjoy.

We start with Fair Trade, Colorado Department of Agriculture Certified 100% Organic Raw Blue Agave and ferment in small 250 gallon tanks. Each batch is double distilled in custom copper stills hand-built in-house. Our Blanco Agave is then left to rest before bottling, allowing for the smoothest and most enjoyable agave based spirit on Earth.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavor are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium, reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-select oak barrels.

Riserva de la Familia is the world’s first extra-añejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family’s private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growing in the field, and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years.

Produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years, Don Julio 1942 Tequila is handcrafted in tribute to the year that Don Julio González began his tequila-making journey. Rich caramel and chocolate on the nose, and tastes of warm oak, vanilla and roasted agave.

The farm of Montalto, owned by the same family along five generations, has an extension around fifty hectares covering vineyards, olive yard, orchards and forest, which, altogether, appear as a magnificent mosaic in the landscape. This is a charming red that encapsulates the natural wine of the region.

This robust, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon comes out of the bottle with powerful aromas of cocoa, cedar and limestone. These vibrant aromas are but a prelude to lush, elegant flavors of blueberry, raspberry, milk chocolate, mocha, vanilla and black pepper. A silky smooth mouth-feel belies the original boldness of this wine and is followed by fine tannins, a full, round texture.

The wine is a deep ruby red jewel as it sits in glass. The youthful nose is pungent cherry, cola, floral rose, miso and wood-grilled quail. The palate is pure and vibrant as if eating a bowl of raspberry sorbet while breathing in the dark fresh minerality of a damp old- growth forest.
