These mature Madrecuixes have been earth-roasted, fermented with airborne microbes, twice distilled, unblended the original, centuries-old Oaxacan, hand- crafted way. Banana leaf, green papaya, just-mown alfalfa, tarragon and fresh cut bamboo, give way to circus peanuts and sweet, fresh-forward tropical fruits of mango, pineapple and chicozapote.

Pale yellow in color with silvery tones, this wine has a pleasant nose with refreshing grassy and white fruits characters. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp with a round and elegant finish. Very well-balanced wine with great complexity. Lovely as an aperitif or with oysters, shellfish and many fish or vegetable-based dishes. Also try pairing it with goat cheese.

The color is bright ruby. The nose unveils layers of iris, violet, tobacco, black pepper and marasca cherry. The taste is well balanced and tightly knit, showing supple tannins, mineral notes, and a mouth-cleansing fresh acidity. Warm and persistent.

The 2014 Pinot noir, Temperance Hill is dark ruby in color. Its nose is full with dark cherry and berry notes. Fragrant lilac and iris aromas are complimented with hints of allspice, and sweet herb and chocolate. Very fresh and concentrated on the palate with sweet red fruits, pungent ground spices and hints of red peppercorns.

This rich and generous Grand Cru Classé is full of dark fruit and tannins and is ready to drink. It has weight, juicy acidity and black plum and berry flavors. The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label exhibits lead pencil shavings, spring flowers, blueberry and blackcurrant fruit, a medium to full body and elegance allied to serious power. This is a stylish, impeccably crafted wine that is broad, flavorful and impressive. Drink it over the next 20 years.

With its edge of wood aging, this is a delicious entry level ruby port. The wine has a toffee and orange marmalade character, retaining fruitiness in a soft, rounded texture.

One of the many highlights in this range, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is terrific. The effects of the drought and resulting heat stress come through in the wine's structural feel and bold, incisive flavors.
