Brilliantly intense and balanced Chenin Blanc. The crux of this wine, is the mid and back palate featuring lanolin character, chalky minerality and floral notes. The palate is ripe, dry and filled with tense acidity that brings the whole wine together. The wine is drinking very well at the moment, but this wine has a very long future ahead of it, perhaps even a few decades!

Alvaro Palacios is one of the most celebrated of Spanish winemakers. He was instrumental in the rejuvenation and subsequent popularity of wines from the Priorat region. Made up of the fruit of the estate's younger vines. After fermentation this wine spends a brief few months in oak before bottling. The result is a fresh, youthful, expressive version of Priorat red wine.

White peach, juicy packham pears, granny smith apples and spice. The palate starts lean but opens up quickly with lemon and grapefruit notes before revealing generous melon with vanilla undertones. It closes with a fine chalky finish.

A fresh, well-balanced, medium-bodied wine full of red fruits and spice with a hint of tobacco.

Way back when they were assembling the great 2007 Bandol Rouge, there was one stubborn 45-hectoliter foudre that tasted fine on its own but simply wouldn’t play well with the others in any blend permutation. So they simply let it rest—and rest, and rest. That's right...A cask of Bandol from an epic vintage that spent 9 years in barrel.

Mango and honey on the nose, slightly toasted, which will evolve over the years towards more candied aromas. Exceptionally fruity, then develops with a lot of amplitude and length. Lovely aromas of honey and hazelnut.

The most southerly wine region in the country, with incredibly elegant wines. The Pinot Noir is not overtly fruity and soft, and it generally shows hints of that alluring “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume.

Lovely, succulent red with juicy berries and plums, together with some chocolate, spice, walnut and cedar. It’s medium-bodied with round tannins and a flavorful finish. Touch of dried fruit in the center palate. A pretty combination of savory and fresh-fruit character. Some orange peel as well. A baby Prado Enea.

The choice of this name is linked to a word used in Ancient Rome, "Giomelle", which signifies "the union of two things". Indeed, GIOME represents the union of two elements: a grape variety that is indigenous to Lake Garda, GROPPELLO, with a blend of MARZEMINO, BARBERA and SANGIOVESE. A juicy, medium-bodied red with aromas and flavors of berries, a hint of tobacco and spices.

The color is an enticing straw-lemon in color with greenish highlights. Quíbia has aromas of white peach, pear, sea brine and jasmine. On the palate the wine is weighty with silky olive oil texture and concentrated flavors of ripe peach, Anjou pear and capers. Crisp, lively and well balanced.
This wine pairs beautifully with bay scallops, langoustines, and mussels.

The color is a lemon golden yellow. It is clear and fresh on the nose, with aromas indicating a very good biological aging, crystallized fruit, wild and floral notes, dried fruit, and almond. On the palate it is light, tasty, enveloping, fresh and persistent. A pale and delicate style of sherry with a salty tang from the sea.
