The intense floral aromatics, freshness and wonderful texture are the result of the high elevation plantings in lime and gravel soils, with good drainage, that give rise to some of the best quality white wine grapes in Spain.

Dark berry, baking spice, tilled soil and a hint of new leather aromas unfold on this polished, earthy red. The juicy palate tastes of black cherry, cinnamon, orange zest, and aromatic herb while its mineral vein is noticeable alongside smooth tannins and fresh acidity.

‘10 greets the nose with blackberry and blueberry, complimented by firm tannins and a cherry, cocoa, spice and black pepper palate. Full bodied, fruit driven and soundly structured: A truly unique, single vineyard Petite Sirah.

This wine comes from a plot of 4 hectares located in the heights at Meloisey. The Parigots are practicing manual harvest and then crush 100% clusters before vinification and aging in barrels for a period of 12 months. Bright fruit aromas of cooked strawberry, blackcurrant, cherry and spicy pepper is seen wrapped in mineral and earthy depth.

Produced from 35 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines.The juice is fermented and aged in 50% neutral French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel, the wine in barrel is aged on the lees for 6 months. These methods create a wine of balance, that has vibrant acidity complemented by texture from barrel fermentation and aging, which brings depth and complexity.

Bin 65 Chardonnay features aromas of fruit salad, peach, fig, melon & toasty oak. It’s medium bodied with a fresh, crisp finish.

Benziger Merlot is a delicious full-bodied red that is brilliantly balanced. Dark cherry, dried blueberry and a dusting of dark chocolate carry through the palate. This wine has loads of dark fruit flavors that are in balance with notes of pepper, black tea & clove. Very well structured, expect a soft, velvety finish.

Diamond offers a perfect starting point to explore saké as it is neither overly dry nor too fruity. Integrated layers of earthy mineral & mild fruit notes allow your taste buds to explore the diversity of saké while remaining focused on the glass in hand. The balance in Diamond makes it easy to pair with a range of foods, from seafood to chicken in a cream sauce.

Spice and mineral accented raspberry and cherry scents show very good clarity and a sexy floral topnote. Silky, sweet and concentrated, offering juicy red fruit and lavender flavors and a zesty kick of white pepper that builds on the back half. Plays power off of litheness deftly and finishes long and sappy, with fully integrated tannins and resonating spiciness.

Smoky cherry fruit aromatics are followed by a hint of oak. Textured layers of ripe cherry and leather are balanced throughout by delicious fruit, subtle oak and earthy notes.The flavors were so light and beautiful that we decided to use only 20% new French oak barrels, so as not to overpower the delicate fruit. Tropical fruits are present in abundance, yet it is the citrus fruits that dominate this wine. The balancing acidity is the framework of this wine and is supported by elegant oak in the background. Fermented and aged in French oak barriques, this wine has developed characters of cream, nuts and spice typical of wines made in this way. Sweet and savory with layers of complexity

Aromas of honeydew melon, white peach, and lemon verbena with hints of star anise, nutmeg, and white pepper. The palate features flavors of banana and lemon zest with a hint of mid-palate salinity, and bright acidity that carries the wine to a long, graceful finish.

The Sibling Rivalry Pinot Gris has led us to Victoria's High Country and the cool climate region of King Valley. The aromas are lifted citrus, green apple, white peach and pear with spicy nuances. The palate is medium bodied with flavors of honeysuckle and pear supported by a mineral flintiness and finishing with beautiful crunchy acidity.
