Yves uses only native yeasts and whole cluster fermentation, really letting the wine do it's thing! The result is a luscious, bright wine, with a strong mineral backbone, largely from the rich red alluvial and granite soil in which the grapes are grown. A slight hint of melon and citrus with an air of salinity on the palate make this a pretty easy-drinker.

This is a stylish wine, fruity with red currants and herbs. It has a delicious crisp character as well as a salty tang, maybe from the nearby sea. The aftertaste is bright, packed with fruit.

Complex aromas of ripe peach and tropical fruits are accented by notes of vanilla and subtle toasty oak. On the palate, the texture is very rich and full-bodied, exhibiting intense flavors of baked apple, fig and mineral notes. The soft, smooth texture is beautifully balanced by a note of crisp acidity which is the hallmark of excellent Chardonnay from Monterey County.

Everything you can ask for from N.Z.S.B...Grapefruit, mango, passionfruit and melon, the texture is smooth and inviting with classic Marlborough flavors including bell pepper and tropical fruit. Crisp acidity rounds off the elegant structure.

Touriga Nacional gives intense rose petal aromas and Baga a bright red fruit character. Cabernet lends depth and herbal notes. Floral tones and red berry fruit lift the nose. On the palate, delicate and persistent bead makes for a silky, rich texture. Bright strawberry and red raspberry on the mid palate, complemented by mineral, white pepper and more floral tones.

After years of being banned, its recipe was re-launched in 2013 based on the original formula. It includes anise, grand wormwood, hyssop, and melissa, which provides anise, musk and herbaceous tasting notes.
