Metaxa Ouzo23.99750mL

Metaxa Ouzo is Greece in a glass—an anise-flavored spirit distilled in copper stills and infused with rare botanicals like mastic and iris flower. Smooth, aromatic, and kissed with a sea breeze finish, it’s traditionally sipped neat or with water, turning cloudy as its oils bloom. A velvety, complex digestif that invites discovery and conversation.

Ultreia de Valtuille | Raúl Perez74.99Bierzo

Single-vineyard 100-year old vines. his remarkable red is full of complex mineral, spicy, red fruit, earthy aromas, and incredible concentration— partly a result of an extremely long maceration (90 days). One of Raul’s most complex and intriguing wines.

Grande River Sauvignon Blanc17.99Grand Valley Colorado

A well balanced dry, crisp and refreshing white wine that offers notes of grapefruit and citrus flavors with a slight mineral character on the finish.

Grande River Merlot18.99Grand Valley Colorado

Medium body, easy drinking Merlot. Blueberry aroma on the nose followed by cherry and fruity goodness.

2022 Andre Neveu Rose27.99Sancerre, Loire100% Pinot Noir

This is a clear, pale salmon color wine, a pretty rosé. Delicate red-berry fruit aromas, fresh, subtle raspberries and strawberries, lead into a flavor of tart red berries, very dry, snappy acidity and a crisp, minerally “rainwater” quality in a crisp flavor that adds a touch of Meyer lemon as it lasts and lasts. Made from 100% Pinot Noir at a rational 12.5% alcohol.

Domaine Génot-Boulanger 2015 Meursault Clos du Cromin84.99

I was able to taste 6 wines from this winery blind and this stood out to me the most. Chiseled and structured, but still satisfying. I could see it aging very well but satisfies now.

Domaine Génot-Boulanger 2013 Beaune 1er Cru Greves79.99

Single handedly changed my opinion of 2013 as a vintage for red burgundy. Fantastic integration, and this meatiness and peppery quality that is really intriguing. Fantastic.

2017 De Wetshor Limestone Hill16.99South Africa100% Chardonnay

The De Wetshof Estate Limestone Hill Chardonnay never sees oak, and offers impeccably pure, refreshing apple, peach and lemon fruit, a lovely leesy richness of texture, and a nutty, chalky, fruit-filled finish of imposing length. Understated and less tropical than some of the better un-oaked Chardonnays, this wine possesses far better balance and sheer drinkability.

2016 Jolie -Laide Barsotti Vineyard29.99Sierra Foothils, California100% Gamay Noir

The clusters are left whole & started by carbonic maceration, which lends its distinctive high tone appeal but eventually crushed by foot & finished whole cluster for skin contact and extraction. Pressed to neutral barrique for a short 6 month elevage & bottled young to preserve delicate aromatics. Wild strawberry and summer herbs with cranberry tartness. Light, fresh and utterly charming.

Gimonnet Special Club Oger 12144.99Champagne100% Chardonnay

This is of course a radical departure for Gimonnet, a Club monoterroir. It hails from 54% Terres de Noël and Brulis, 23% Champs Nérons (chalk) and 23% Fondy (limestone). It’s a sexy-pants Champagne; it’s got wiggle; toasted brioche, allspice, sautéed peaches, but what really makes this fly is the underlying mineral, and a fascinating note of quince that taps your shoulder .

St Innocent Pinot Gris22.99Vitae Springs Vineyard

Great texture, ripe fruit and spice flavors. The must was tank fermented, aged for eights months on the lees and lightly filtered before bottling by gravity. This Pinot gris complements rich white meat and pasta dishes, salmon, grilled vegetables, and is especially good with spicy (Thai, Vietnamese) foods.

St. Innocent Chardonnay27.99Freedom Hill, Willamette Valley

The Freedom Hill Dijon clone Chardonnays are Meursault-like: darker fruit with a stony minerality and rich textures in the mouth. Mark struggled with the specific style for Freedom Hill Chardonnay until his visit to Burgundy and Chablis in 2003. There he tasted a grand cru Chablis fermented entirely in used barrels. Our chardonnay is now fermented in the same manner.

Ferreira Tawny Port17.99Porto, PortugalTouriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela

It has a beautiful red hue with fair hints as well as a fresh and delicate aroma, reminiscent of spices and nuts, acquired during the ageing in oak wood. In the mouth it is an elegant wine that shows a fine balance between mature tannins and sweetness, providing it with an attractive, long finish.
