Hacienda de Chihuahua Crema de Sotol is 100% wild harvested Sotol blended with Mexican cream and natural Pecan flavors. Directly behind the Hacienda in Chihuahua is a grove of Pecan trees which are harvested for use in this and other HDC products.

Hacienda De Chihuahua Rustico is produced from the sotol plant which takes 5-7 years to mature, so this will never be a mass produced product. Light straw yellow color, the taste is smoky with leather, tobacco, oak, alkali notes. Lighter in taste and body than a tequila, an excellent companion with a nice full-bodied cigar.

Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Plata is the purest version of this exquisite spirit. Geared for the true aficionado, either mixed or straight, it offers the fullest wild agavacea taste and complexity which differentiates sotol from any other agave based spirit such as tequila, mescal and bacanora.

Txakoli is generally known for its searing acidity, however the wines produced in the Getariako region have less pronounced acidity and fewer green notes than other Txakoli DOs which makes them more versatile. Foz de Arouce Baga is sourced from the schistous alluvial vineyard of Quinta de Foz de Arouce, which has been in the family of Count Joao Fillipe Osorio since the twelfth century. Deep red in color, this wine has excellent aromatic concentration, emanating notes of red fruits and resin. Well-balanced with soft tannins and a persistent finish.

The wine is brimming with fruit aromas and flavors biased to the black fruit end of the Cabernet spectrum: plums, blackberry, and black currant. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, this Cabernet drinks well on release but will soften and develop with additional age. For those who seek youthful fresh Cabernet fruit aromas and a more structured wine.
