This Ginjo has a slightly fruity nose with hints of citrus & persimmons. Kikusui has a confidently smooth beginning with a gradual thickening viscosity that ends in a slightly salty aftertaste. Dry, sharp & smooth according to most, this Ginjo sits well in the mouth & will tease you with sweet fruit tones and a dry finish. Very light for a Junmai & a great pairing with a variety of juicy or robustly flavored dishes. Serve Chilled. SMV +1, Acidity 1.6

Low input winemaking also includes gravity flow movements of wine, minimal acid adjustments, minimal SO2 additions, racking only once in barrel, no fining and no filtering when possible. An attractive floral fragrance of peach blossom, cherry blossom, lychee and broom take shape in the glass. The vibrant palate boasts a core of crunchy apple and juicy nectarine, while mineral and ginger notes add depth.

There's a lot to like in this wine's plum, tar, orange rind and raspberry aromas. The palate has a bright freshness, with enough tannic heft to give drinking pleasure over the next few years. It's an enjoyable mouthful of a wine.

This juicy Cape blend from South Africa's premier Pinotage producer exhibits ripe, luscious raspberry and black currant flavors that interlace with hints of mocha, blackberry and pleasant herbal and spice notes. A distinctive smoky, earthy character makes this supple, full bodied red the ultimate grilling/tailgate wine.

Ventoux is composed of gently-sloped vineyards whose red wines have a bit lower alcohol and brighter acids than their neighboring Cotes du Rhone counterparts. This excellent value combines Grenache, Syrah and Carignan and is aged entirely in cement tanks. It’s one of our more versatile red wines, equally delicious with a hamburger as with leftover lasagna or a falafel wrap.
