Bright and lively with fresh notes of lemon verbena, orange blossom, Golden Delicious apple, and Asian pear, with Tarte Tatin and brioche toast. Mouthwatering and crisp, the palate is focused with a lean backbone of acidity balanced by layers of honeysuckle, hazelnut, and white peach, all supported by a round, creamy mouthfeel. The long, persistent finish offers a slight flintiness that is inviting and intriguing, encouraging sip after sip.

Loaded with aromas of Meyer lemon, short bread, honeysuckle, ginger, and tangerine. Spring blossoms of wisteria and orange abound in the upper register of the seductive perfume. The full-bodied, coating mouthfeel expands out on the palate with a rich crème brûlée-like texture as unctuous notesof Bosc pear, orange marmalade, and lavender honey coalesce.

Pale straw-yellow color. Very fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity, with hints of apples, citrus and grapefruit. It shows pronounced notes of acacia flowers. A fresh wine with a good level of acidity.

Inspired by the age-old method of using cuttings from idyllic sites for the propagation of new vines, this Cabernet Sauvignon showcases some of The Prisoner’s favorite hillside vineyards. Cuttings combines the deep, intense flavor of Cabernet Sauvignon with the structure and richness of Petite Sirah and Syrah.

Magana Reserva combines elements of tobacco, cassis and bright acid. Its Mediterranean-influenced climate brings about a dry-sweet tannicity that is rich yet elegant at the same time. on the mid-palate, it showcases black-cherries, almonds, and roasted herbs. It is medium to full-bodied, with a velvety finish.

The 2016 has delicate aromas of fennel, yellow flowers and mixed citrus with an emphasis on meyer lemon. The palate is a balance of power and elegance, with juicy acidity and a long minerally finish. This wine was fermented with ambient yeast and minimal bâtonnage. Then aged in a new 500L Puncheon, a once fill Puncheon and neutral Puncheon for 12 months.

Two-thirds comes from below Puligny and the rest from below Meursault. This is a refreshing 12.5 percent alcohol wine with very pretty floral notes yet still some flesh on the bones. It’s light on its feet yet very persistent.

Moderately light garnet color in the glass. The nose is very open and giving, offering soaring aromas of cherry, strawberry and spice. Redder fruit is profiled in this mid weight wine with superb harmony. More open at this young age, sporting regal spiced fruit and a juicy finish filled with black cherry delight.

Subtle, pale but with a bright vivacity that is alive. Suddenly appeared the green olive, which is accompanied by a deep-rooted childhood memory of sunny afternoons and glue-sweet red. The surroundings command in wines that respect: emanate notes of green almond and a juicy orange, which are wrapped in a salty memory that clings to its calcareous ground.

Cherries, licorice, slight barnyard and some doughy sorta yeast on the nose. Tart cherries and tobacco on the mouth. Super fresh and alive! Drink chilled!

After years of selling grapes to larger producers, Dolores Cabrera founded her own winery in 2013, located in the heart of the Valle de la Orotava.
