The opening aromas are yeasty from aging on lees, lightly smoky, with hints of brioche, followed by touches of honey, fruit and flower petals. The palate is excellent, fruity and full of flavor, with dried fruits from the lees aging. Very elegant, giving the drinker a delightful sense of abundance.

"11300" refers to the postcode and this wine is the best expression of the Terroir around Limoux: a blend of stainless steel fermented and barrel fermented Chardonnay. This wine is both delicious as an aperitif or with many fish and white meat dishes. Zesty citrus freshness coupled with apple and pear notes; fine structure & pleasing minerality.

This could have turned out to be a linear, acidic with classic pinot flavor, but instead we get this strange mix of umami tomato, cherry juice, and some wild acidity (even a touch volatile). This wine is so fun and weird. The food pairing possibilities are endless.

A deep, impressive ruby-red color that suggests concentrated grapes harvested at just the right moment. This Cabernet Sauvignon´s nose is governed by pleasant notes of plum, raspberry and sweet spices, while in the mouth, chocolate and subtle hints of vanilla can be appreciated. A very structured, balanced, long and elegant wine.

This is a nice Grenache/Syrah blend from 40-60 year old vines. It has ripe fruit favors as well as some subtle earthy nuances on the finish. Try it with an Asian pork dish or roast duck.

The 2013 Treana Chardonnay has a pale-straw color and aromas of candied pineapple, mandarin, stone fruits, and butterscotch. On the palate, vibrant fruit flavors of lemon curd, white peach compote, grilled pineapple and citrus are softened by creamy flavors of marzipan and creme brulee. A silky texture is complimented with mouthwatering acidity and a touch of toasted oak.

The classic brambly red & black fruit that you would expect from a Zinfandel dominated blend leads the aroma charge, but is backed up by dark spice and an exotic meaty quality.
