The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a gorgeous, juicy wine bursting at the seams with fruit. The Napa Valley Cabernet is a blend of all four of Turnbull's estate vineyards built on a core of fruit from Amoenus, which is about 50% of the wine. Super-ripe red cherry, raspberry and floral notes give the 2015 its open-knit, succulent personality. This is a fabulous Cab!

The flavor is complex and assertive with notes of grapefruit, ripe apples, subtle baking spices, farm funk, light yeast, white wine must, and finishes with a lemon acidity.

There's fairly aggressive pepper component that gives the wine a slight edge. This is one of the greatest Syrah's in California's history.
