The “La Villa” Barbera is typified by a deep and bright ruby-red color with a rich concentrated nose depicting cherry and berry fruit aromas. The palate is generous and full-bodied with a long and enticing finish. Farming is sustainable, which for this estate bans the use of all herbicides, chemical fertilizers and only traditional copper and sulfur are used sparingly.

Carefully cultivated, first in the vineyards and later in the cellar, succulent flavors of strawberries, raspberries, and plums come alive on the palate and evolve with floral notes and hints of spice on the finish. Moderate tannins are very well integrated along with toasted wood nuances that elevate the fruit impressions.

Small batch production featuring cider fermented on the farm using 100% organic apple juice. They ferment the apple juice in stainless steel tanks, then blend with black currant and unrefined organic cane sugar for additional depth, sweetness and flavor. Bright apple fruit balanced by berry complexity; sweet and sour notes, with a light sparkle and purple blush.

This single varietal release highlights a green apple known for its pear like qualities. Lightly sparkling, this fruit forward cider has been aged in a combination of French and American oak casks over the last year. Notes of green apple skin, light oak tannins, vanilla, honey, and a soft but polished malic funk. Well constructed with a buttressed acidity.

Nerios is the Celtic god of the springs. This bittersweet apple orchard faces south on a deep, south facing granite soil, which adds a minerality and power to boot. All the apples are manually harvested just like many fine wines are. Notes of tart green apple, orange blossom, wet straw, baked apples and brown sugar, and all wrapped with a backbone of French funk.

The bouquet on the nose is aromatic, delicate and fragrant with notes of citrus, apricot, fig and orange blossom. Pairs well with appetizers, raw fish, sushi, and also, desserts, cakes and great as a refreshing aperitif.

this boasts an enticing bouquet of field flowers, fresh fennel bulb, white peach and citrus zest. Unmistakable marine influences of mineral and saline notes shine throughout and become more pronounced with aging. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich, and while it is delightful now, it will mature and develop well through 2022.

Aromatically the wine offers seductive notes of Bing cherries, pencil shavings, dried red plums, and a hint of hay. The mouthfeel is classic Ramey: plush, round and silky-smooth. The fruit forward character of red raspberries and bright cherries are well supported by a finish of toasted bread, walnuts, and vanilla.

Tarlant’s “Rosé Zero” jumps out with bright red fruits, apple skins, pomegranate, raspberry, crushed chalk, white and red flowers, delicate white pepper and savory herbs. On the palate, there is a deep, almost Chablis-like mineral core mixed with subtle notes of Rainier cherry and citrus blossoms alongside crunchy minerality.
