Divona is a Celtic goddess of the sacred springs. The orchard is at the bottom of the deep and loamy valley floor, surrounded by forest on one side a stream on the other. The terroir lends itself to notes of baked apples, a whisp of citrus and clove, along with some classic French funk. The structure is driven by beautiful silky tannins that beg for a creamy cheese.
