There are nearly 300 cases of the nectar that is the 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Pure. Produced from 100+-year-old Grenache vines grown in sandy soils, simply put, it's just awesome juice. A kaleidoscope of red fruits—cherries, raspberries and strawberries—swirl languorously across the palate, boasting great intensity while seeming weightless at the same time. Hints of dried herbs and spices add complexity to this luscious concoction, which must be tasted to be believed.

Produced by Lequin, this single vineyard Macon is fantastic. It's farmed organically and with great care. This is 100% barrel fermented in Chassin and Rousseau barrels, of which only two barrels were new, making up about 12% of the blend. Because of the higher clay content here, the wine shows more fleshiness and roundness than the climat “En Bout,” but it is by no means a rich-styled Mâcon.

Millet manifests all the hallmarks of great Sancerre. Bright, crisp, citrus is driven by a lemony/limey profile that is laced with limestone minerality and fresh herbs. In the vineyard, all work is done by hand and the raw quality really shines through. If you are looking for true, authentic sancerre that's not too hightone or grapefruit-driven--this is your wine! Pairs best with shellfish, white fish, goat cheese and sunshine!

One of the most amazing and rare wines you will ever find. Extremely old, own rooted vines that snake across the sand without training. The grape is Ramisco which is lower alcohol, but has immense acidity and tannin. These wines age decades and I've personally tasted bottles going back to the 1950s. This vintage is similar to some of the finest Barolo and Burgundy you will find

One of Burgundy's finest yet most eclectic producers, Dom. Dujac excels in warmer vintages. They're known for their unique house style which includes a large percentage of whole cluster fermentation and select oak usage (although the amount of new oak has decreased every year). This wine has retty aromas of violet, dark currant and raspberry.

Lafarge is one of the finest and most historic producers in Volnay, and we eagerly seek any and all bottlings we can find. His entry level bourgogne rouge is no exception. Cool and pure essence of red cherry, raspberry and a similar touch of earth is extremely fresh. There is a slightly finer mouth feel to the nicely intense finish.

This Petit Chablis, hailing from a plot adjacent to the esteemed Grand Cru slope of Preuses, is a delightful creation from a trailblazing young winemaker. Exclusively fermented and matured in stainless steel, the result is a luminous, crisp white wine. It entices with fragrances of citrus and golden apple, which smoothly transition into mineral notes when tasted. It's an absolute delight to the palate.

There's too much to say about this wine but I'll start with noting that it's not only California's Greatest and most Historic Cabernet, but one of the finest and most collected in the world. It's also a wine that's immune to misguided trends and fads, with it stylistically remaining consistent over the last four decades. This is a iconic wine and vital to any serious collector.

A full bodied style Barbera that works well with a wide variety of foods. The vineyards used to make this wine come to harmony from historic sites in Serralunga d’Alba, Sinio, Santa Vittoria d’Alba and Canale. A great little value.

Cabasse is a small estate that combines the best of traditional methods and new school thinking. This Gigondas for instance showcases both the gutty and graceful sides of the appellation, delivering a potpourri of white pepper, dark fruit, lavendar and rosemary. Only 800 cases made.

An elegant Champagne, powered by a sculpted frame of acidity and minerality, this wears the refined, lacy mousse and well-meshed flavors of black currant, lemon curd, toast and marzipan like finely tailored clothing. Fresh and lasting, with hints of spice and smoke on the finish.
