Morin is located in Chitry, near Chablis. This wine, which is made with natural yeasts and very little so2, gains complexity from the kimmerigian soil of the region. It's fermented in tank to preserve its freshness and purity. 2015 was an odd year for white wine in Burgundy, but Morin pulled it off here with a great balance of percision and texture.
