It is impossible to speak about Quintarelli without superlatives. The name itself stands for so much: the family, the wines, a style, a tradition, a way of doing things. After all the time, effort, patience, and care that go into the making of a bottle of Quintarelli, it truly does mean so much more than wine.

Old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon, farmed biodynamically, hand-harvested and undergoes natural fermentation in concrete tanks. Wine is aged for 6-12 months in stainless steel. It is not trying to be Bordeaux—on the contrary, it genuinely reflects the down-home, country soulfulness we love about the Languedoc. Deliciously fruit-driven and juicy!

This dry white comes from one of the best Chenin Blanc producers in the Loire Valley, sourced from a single vineyard on the Northern side of the estate. Crisp, vibrant, and complex, the wine is full of flavors and aromas of pears, honeyed apples, and minerals, all backed up by racy acidity.

Dujac is one of the most important and interesting producers in Burgundy. They have an extremely unique and fascinating house style which includes using good amounts of high quality new oak, and importantly, large amounts of whole cluster. This stem inclusion creates wines that are delicate and perfumed with an unmistakable presence.

Yes! Decade old Chateauneuf! The terroir is rocks, stones, sand and limestone soil. The vines are planted in the Colombis, Mont Pertuis, Mourre de Gaud and le Palestor lieux-dits. The wine is aged in a combination of foudres, tank and used French oak barrels for 12-14 months before bottling. The production is on average 1,000 cases.

Farmed by Michael Etzel of Beaux Freres fame, this vineyard is planted to 17 clones of Pinot Noir enclosed by a forest of Douglas Fir on three sides that give this gentle south slope protection from winds and helps to preserve its unique terroir. The virgin marine sedimentary soils in the vineyard have only been farmed with organic and biodynamic principles.
