Created in 1993, the Cheverny region in the Loire Valley is one of the most recent appellations added to the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée). Cazin's rosé has tons of personality with bright, effusive, juicy, tangy flavors of cherry, plum and rose petals. Quite smooth on the finish, this is a particularly nice choice for red wine lovers during the warmer summer months.

The grapes for this wine are harvested (by hand) from vineyards that border the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. The grapes undergo a three-day cold maceration; the alcoholic fermentation then proceeds for eight to ten days. The wine is racked several times during its elevage in stainless steel and cement tanks before being bottled after an egg-white fining.

tunning with delicate details that remind of top Premier Cru white Burgundy and still shows the pure terroir of Etna with exotic spice, flinty mineral and a lovely pale yellow/gold color, with sexy white peach, tropical notes and kumquat as well as soft butterscotch, salty chalk and lemon marmalade. The main force is a refreshing citrus core, but the acidity is smooth.

Silky and sweet on the palate, offering intense but edge-free raspberry and spicecake flavors. A wine of noteworthy elegance, especially for the money. Finishes sappy, floral and long, with lingering red fruit character and just a hint of tannins. This vibrant, emphatically fruity, pure Tempranillo was raised in a combination of large concrete and stainless steel tanks.

Vivid purple. High-pitched cherry, black raspberry and floral scents pick up floral and mineral character with air. Suave, densely packed red fruit preserve and violet pastille flavors are braced by juicy acidity and show an appealingly light touch. Distinctly lively given its heft and showing zero rough edges. Fine-grained tannins come in late and provides shape and definition

This wine presents red and violet colors. To the nose, it is very complex displaying roasted red pepper, leather, and a touch of vanilla aromas. In the mouth it is unctuous, fruity, and well-balanced. 14 months: 50% in new French oak barrels and 50% in second-use French oak barrels

Barrel spice, pineapple, butterscotch and candle wax aromas are followed by full bodied, tropical fruit flavors. It displays a lot of richness but retains it's sense of balance.
