of the Entre-Deux-Mers Sauvignons. A fresh, crisp mouth, a sweetness married to a nervous extension on medium bubbles.

Perfectly balanced flavors of the orchard come across with beautiful pear and fruit blossom that lends to a very balanced wine with zippy acidity.

5th gen winemaker, learning the craft his father, Michel Magnien works with amazing vineyards. This comes from only organic sites that he harvests by hand himself. Mostly fruit declassified from Chambolle Musigny, Marsannay, and Fixin. I love the freshness here, which I think comes from the partial stem inclusion. However, enough concentration to remain satisfying. - MB

This red Burgundy is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Santenay commune. This wine shows a great finesse with a lovely aromatic palate. Fresh and elegant nose revealing red fruit aromas. Supple wine, lightly structured, fruity and fresh.

The Defaix family has grown wine in Chablis since the Sixteenth Century. Stewards of some of the finest vineyards in the region, the family’s old-vine Chablis comes from vines that are 45-70 years- old. Deep, rich, and magnificently concentrated, the wine still boasts classic chablisienne cut and ethereal minerality.

This opens with delicate aromas reminiscent of white spring flower and a whiff of orchard fruit. On the palate, fresh acidity underscores creamy Bartlett pear and nectarine zest that lead to a clean, bright finish.

On the nose its spicy and greedy with violet, pepper, cocoa, licorice, cherry and blackberry. Spice and pepper with powerful tannins in the mouth. Balanced, it enchants the palate with its attack and its length in the mouth, notes of violet. Beautifully vibrant!

Jacquère is a clean and fresh alpine white grape variety grown in Savoie, France. The white wines of Jacquère are highly prized but traditionally hard to come by outside France. This wine boasts a bright, lively acidity with aromas of freshly cut grass, green apples and pears; on the palate it displays its clean minerality and lively citrus flavors with a touch of apple.

The fruit is pressed by hand over bamboo zarandas into open top vats. The three varietals are cofermented on the skins with native yeasts. Fermentation lasts about 30 days. No additives or sulfur are added. Wine is unfined and unfiltered. Peaches and orange peel with a juicy mouthfeel. Mineral with medium acidity and a long lasting finish. ORANGE WINE!

On the nose is strawberry, cherry, cream and a hint of spice. Honestly, this is literally like a strawberry parfait in a glass. The wine does have some perceptible sweetness; however, with the very delicate tannin of Gamay and the supporting acidity, the wine comes across as being less sweet than it actually is. A wonderful accompaniment to fruit-based desserts.

Ripe notes of blackcurrant, cherry and a touch of licorice give way to a cherry and mulberry palate that lingers for a minute. This wine has great structure and is a tremendous value in Bordeaux.

This Sonoma eco-friendly 'Super Tuscan' is made up of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose manages to be both balanced and full fruited with tart cherry pepper, cassis and a kiss of cocoa. The palate is moderate in weight with a good balance of fruit and spice.
