No other way to say it, Regis Minet consistently produces the finest Pouilly-Fumé for the money in a region plagued by inconsistency. You can pretty much expect the same mouth-watering combo of ripe citrus, flint & grassy notes every year, in a package that is surprisingly supple while still zippy. Must be those old vines, and the fact that Regis is a master of Sauvignon Blanc.

The Puech-Haut Prestige Rosé is a delicious wine from Saint-Drézéry in the Languedoc. This crisp, dry wine balances ripe raspberry and red fruit notes with brisk minerality and a lively, refreshing finish. This elegant, understated wine has been made with a great deal of thoughtfulness, and will pair beautifully with delicate dishes – grapefruit and scallop ceviche.

Los Dos Rose is both elegant and lively on the palate with flavors of fresh raspberry, lychee fruit, and white flowers. Fresh with a silky mouthfeel and a long, lasting finish.

Bright and bold fruit with great acidity and floral accents. This is a fun summer wine from our great state of Colorado.

Clairette from the Drôme (N.Rhône); Chardonnay from the Ardèche (N. Rhône); Pinot Blanc & “a little” Riesling from Alsace; Sauvignon Gris & Chard from Brionnais (near the Mâconnais); Aligoté from De Moor vines. Each variety was vinified and barrel-aged separately, the Aligoté being the only one in tank instead.

Textured and fruit-laden, this Rosé lays its cherry and fruits on a framework of citrus fruits, spices, crushed rocks, and touches of underbrush, herbs, and smoke. Deriving from several parcels on a mix of Kimmeridgian and Oxfordian soils, the Pinot Noir macerates briefly on the skins, and the wine ages in a blend of stainless steel and barrique.

Situated on the hills above Nice, Chateau de Bellet was part of a baronial estate established in 1777. Today, a historic chapel sits at the heart of a modern winery that has produced many notable wines. This estate white is produced from a 3.2-hectare parcel of Vermentino vines which average 30 years old and produce very limited yields of high-quality, organically grown grapes

Clean and pure black cherry and cassis-scented bouquet that is neatly embroidered with the new oak. The palate is medium-bodied, svelte and smooth in the mouth, yes, a little oaky and obvious, but there is the fruit to back it up. This is a guilty pleasure. I would like to smack its wrist for being too oaky, but it feels balanced and delightful.

This Roter Veltliner offers a really nice texture from the aromatics through the mouth, showing a slight herbal quality with the weight and density of stone fruits intertwined with citrus. Soft and round acidity and a good balanced finish, make it a real crowd pleaser.

The Domaine is situated in the heart of Santenay, the southernmost village of the Cote d’Or. The Domaine dates back to 1893. Santenay’s terroir is unique: limestone covered by sandy loam. Situated on the south edge of the Cote de Beaune. Polished texture with aromas of orange blossom & honey.

Made from organically farmed Grenache from a single vineyard, there are only a couple hundred cases of Manarine’s 2015 “Pied de Boud” on the planet. The wine leads with deep and mouth-filling black raspberry, dark cherry, and mulberry fruit. Behind the plush, dark fruit there are layers of berry liqueur, Mediterranean spices, sweet licorice and blue flowers.

Crisp red fruits, warm spices, fresh loam, pressed violet petals mingle with great minerality. This highly quaffable rose shows exquisite balance, terrific energy & a harmonious, resonant finish. Deriving from several parcels sporting a mix of Kimmeridgien & Oxfordian soils, the grapes are fermented in whole bunches with native yeast. Deeply delicious & fresh & a classic!

From 35-40 year old Pinot Noir vines on the steep hillsides in front of the Boulay home in Chavignol. Gerard works the soil manually and lets nature make the wine. Boulay adds no yeast and minimal amounts of SO2. Unlike many Sancerre Roses, Gerard harvests his Pinot specifically to make rose by direct press, then into tank.
