An opaque purple color and charred, smoky aromas render this ripe-vintage Toro dark from the outset. Sandpaper tannins frame its dominant char and burnt toast flavors, while a base of black fruit holds it together.

Strikingly bright citrus and herb aromas are laced with hints of fleshy white peach which burst from the glass. On the palate, one immediately feels the mouthwatering acidity coupled with rounded flavors of melon, green apple, stone fruits and generous minerality. A versatile wine that can be enjoyed alone on a hot summer day or paired with a wide array of flavors.

Very fresh with aromas of lemon pith, white grapefruit, crushed shells and slate. Some biscuits and salted yellow plums. Medium-bodied with beautiful minerality and freshness. Vivid finish.

Age of vines is 30-40 years. Aged for 2 years in large Slovenian oak casks. Aromas of black cherries, licorice, game, light smoke; full bodied and concentrated yet balanced, with moderate tannins and good length. Great aging potential. Serve with grilled red meat; pork sausages; mushroom dishes.

From Cascina Zoina's organically managed estate vines in Alto Piemonte's Colline Novaresi. Grown from 100% Spanna (Nebbiolo) set on sandy soil at around 1,000 feet in elevation. Rich notes of cherry give way to elegant florals and bright herbal notes.

Generally used as base wine for rosé cava, trepat normally showcases lighter body, lower alcohol and a lighter color. Not the case with Mentider (which means liar in Catalan)! 80-100 year old vines showcase dark fruit and a rich expression of trepat.

the basic wine of the Monastery with an approximate annual production of 12000 bottles, about 80% of which is shipped through us to satisfy the US market. Its intrigue comes from the volcanic soils that underlay the vineyards and the longer than usual contact that the fermenting juice has with the skins … this being a vinification technique encouraged by Paolo Bea.

Boysenberry, huckleberry and wild blueberry aromatics are accented by jasmine, lavender and sandalwood. The mid-palate offers flavors of crème de cassis and blackberry cobbler, finishing with long, silky tannins and a hint of star anise. Great balance of fruit and minerality...a screaming deal showcasing all of what Oregon Pinot is about!

The wine macerates with its own skins for 12 days, so later the malolactic fermentation is made for 30 days in stainless steel deposits. Finally, it is aged in French oaks barrels. Red cherry color with a violet rim. On the nose it is extraordinarily expressive and fresh, with unique characteristics from the Tempranillo variety. On the palate it shows well structured tannins and balanced acidity with a long, warm and lasting finish.

Grapes were handpicked from 8 year old vines the grapes were delivered to the cellar, in the early morning, and whole bunch pressed into stainless steel tanks. the Chardonnay was racked to second fill French oak barrels for fermentation and the Pinot Noir was racked and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This results in a well balanced sparkling wine that is dry and lovely!

South Africa offers some of the world’s oldest Chenin vines, in a myriad of terroirs, from some of the world’s most sophisticated and thoughtful winemakers. this bounty oftentimes comes to us at an exceptional value. The wine was aged for 11 months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels. The wine can be enjoyed now, but will improve over the next 5 years.

Africa’s only indigenous red wine cultivar from parent grapes Pinot Noir and Hermitage (Cinsault). Stylistically the winemakers focus on the fruit and characteristics of the Pinot Noir. An elegant, well rounded wine with soft juicy tannins, the nose offers sweet spices, cassis and ripe berries, sugared orange peel, rooibos tea and a smoky charcuterie character.
