Foeder Saison was brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, rye, oats and wheat and spent 10 weeks in French oak. When it warms, perfectly ripened peaches and lime zest explode with flavor with a contrasting zingy spice and a dash of pepper. It's acidity is incredibly balanced with a minerality on the finish.

For more than 150 years the Brovia family has been crafting the finest wines in Barolo.
