2015 Château Lestrille Bordeaux24.99Bordeaux, France60% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Cabernet Franc

The 96-acre property is located at the northern point of the Entre-deux-Mers in the small town of St. Germain du Puch. It's between between Libourne and Bordeaux and about a half-hour southwest of Saint-Émilion. Ripe fruits blend well with dark tannins in this firm, concentrated wine. It feels rich, with power coming both from the juicy fruit and the ripe tannic structure.

2017 Domaine Chiroulet - Terres Blanches15.99Cotes de Gascogne, France50% Gros Manseng, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Ugni Blanc

The parcels for white wine are mostly clay and limestone, although certain slopes contain chalky outcrops called retzine, which help intensify the white wine's floral and mineral profile. The nose explodes with Sauvignon Blanc-like notes, including lime, a touch of melon and citrus fruits. Medium-bodied on the palate, this wine finishes dry and clean.

2017 Domaine Baudry-Dutour Chinon 'Amaranthe'Chinon, Loire Valley, France100% Cabernet Franc

One of the domaine’s newer cuvees, coming from 20-year old vines at their Domaine du Roncée. Its appealing, forward aromas and flavors of fresh red fruits with a hint of licorice make this the type of bottle that you want to slurp down, in the same way you might with juicy Beaujolais or Barbera.

2018 Broc Cellars 'Amore Rosso'34.99Mendocino, California100% Sangiovese

The wine was aged in 60 Gallon neutral French Oak barrels. The Sangiovese was the most expressive fruit throughout harvest, showing beautiful aromas like cinnamon and clove. Amore Rosso is a play on words with our Love Red. The Italian sister wine to our Love Red. We wanted to make a simple, accessible, high acid, natural – food friendly (pizza wine)!

2014 Wind Gap41.99Sonoma Coast, California100% Pinot Noir

Delicate aromas of pomegranate strawberries, white flowers and earth. A sneaky delicacy of fruit is quickly overcome by dense red and black fruit, spice and earthy aromas of mushrooms and honey. Opens up overtime to reveal more sweetness of fruit earthy complexity and long sweet tannins… gorgeous.

2017 Dom. Baudry Dutour Chinon24.99Loire Valley, France100% Cabernet Franc

Bright, floral and super high-toned, this gorgeous expression of Cabernet Franc hails from the Loire Valley region of Chinon. Redolent of black currant, black raspberry and blackberry fruit, with hints of dried herbes de Provence in the backdrop, this bottling is sleek, sassy and was brought up in stainless steel.

Hyde de Villaine Chardonnay 201985.99Carneros, California100% Chardonnay

Powerful and hedonistic. It opens with flinty aromas that segue to white peaches, baked apples, beeswax, roasted almonds and baking spices. The medium-bodied palate is textural and concentrated with flinty accents and rounded acidity, finishing with lots of savory layers and a compelling hint of dried sage.

Lagunitas Willettized Coffee Stout10.99Petaluma, CA

Their friends over at Kentucky’s own Willett Distillery have one kind of barrel: wood. And they put two things in them: Bourbon and Rye. They were fortunate enough to get some of their Bourbon barrels, and put their Imperial Stout in them. It’s a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing.

Ursula Rye Barrel-Aged Scary Stories11.99Aurora, Colorado

Despite their small production and being located in Aurora, Ursula has maybe the most under-rated barrel program in Colorado. This Rye Barrel variant is the hands down best variant of the 180 Gram base with flavors of rich milk chocolate, espresso, vanilla, cinnamon, and hazelnuts. This beer was featured on the KUVO Jazz food and beer pairing segment.

Stillwater Preternatural Cuvee 329.99Brooklyn, New York

Preternatural Cuvee 3 is a beer/wine hybrid that has taken 5 years to make! Barrel-aged farmhouse ale brewed with Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes sourced from California. Aged 3 years in French, Hungarian and American oak and a whopping 2 years of bottle-conditioning. This blurs the line of what is beer and wine.

Vincent DancerChassagne Montrachet

This is one of the most allocated of all the Burgundy producers we work with. Tiny production, this CM is made with the upmost care. Elegant, refined and gorgeous.

Only 6 bottles were given to Joy and I've passed one along to you. Cheers.

Frank Cornelissen "Susucaru"39.99Sicily, Italy85% Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Capuccio, Minella, Allicante Bouschet and Uva Francesa

Cornelissen is a legend. This rosé is produced with the same philosophy and vinification techniques as all our other wines: skin-contact for texture & territorial identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished for density, fluidity and stability. Not only a refreshing summer wine, this “rosé” can also be regarded as a light red, pairing well with a wide variety of dishes.

"Sleepless Nights" Field Blend Red29.99Grenache, Muscat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Mourvedre, Syrah, Marsanne, Viognier

Wild, whole cluster field blend picked at two different times due to the massive amount of varietals in the wine. Plenty of dark fruit character, balanced by bright and fresh tropical tones. This is an interesting wine to say the least!

Cremisan West Bank24.99Star of Bethlehem Baladi

Grown mostly in the area around Bethlehem and Hebron in Palestinian territories, the vineyards are located at 2600 ft of altitude. This cooler micro-climate ensures longer hang-times, more controlled ripening and an overall better structure of acids/sugars in the grapes.

Dom. Rapet "Pernand Vergelesses 1er Cru"62.00Sous Fretille

A Great producer, this wine is not to be missed. The 1er Cru Sous Fretille overlooks Corton's Grand Cru hill and is perfectly suited to create great Chardonnay. Indeed, it's status was elevated in 2001 (something that almost never happens) meaning the quality far above and beyond the other vineyards within the village level.

2014 Brovia Barolo "Unio"Piedmont, Italy100% Nebbiolo

Iris, new leather, aromatic herb and dark spice are just some of the aromas you'll find on this fragrant, focused red. The chiseled, elegantly structured palate is all about firm finesse, offering red cherry, cranberry, star anise, chopped mint and white pepper framed in taut refined tannins and vibrant acidity.

2013 Lionnet Cornas "Terre Brulee"Northern Rhone, France100% Syrah

The Lionnets have been making wine in Cornas since 1575, and their traditions and understanding of the region’s terroir show in every complex drop of this wine. Grown from 40-100 year-old, certified organic Syrah vines, the wine is a classic of Northern Rhône grit and rusticity, with black fruit tones, peppery spice, smoke, cured meat, and flowers.

2012 Paolo Bea Arboreus Umbria Bianco75.99Umbria, Italy100% Trebbiano Spoletino

This is Bea's greatest white wine, and thus one of the greatest Orange Wines in the world. From 100 years old vines, trained like trees (Arboreus) this wine is singular and utterly unique. Skin contact and lees contact give this wine structure and richness, yet the acidity is amazingly complete, creating a wine that's superbly giving. Not to be missed.

Crochet Sancerre "Croix du Roy"44.99Loire Valley, France100% Sauvignon Blanc

Lucien Crochet is one of the very best producers of Sancerre, making profound and beautiful wines year after year. This vintage of Croix du Roy displays an exhilarating balance of power, structure and mineral delicacy. There's a reductive edge to this wine which allows the subtle fruit notes to shine, but not become overt and obnoxious. Great sancerre. Maybe one of the best we've had.

2017 Danilo Thomain Enfer d'Arvier Valle d'Aosta40.99Vallee d'Aoste, Italy100% Petit Rouge

The vineyards of the Enfer d’Arvier appellation are situated in an amphitheater-shaped site on steep slopes in a high-altitude valley, which receives ample sun. Danilo Thomain is the only independent vigneron working this tiny appellation. Made from the Petit Rouge grape and vinified in cuve, it has a compelling rusticity with a wild berry impression and a lively freshness on the palate.

Antoine Jobard Meursault114.99

François Jobard was one of the first vignerons Kermit imported when he began prospecting for wines in France in the 1970s. Other respected vignerons like Coche and Raveneau hold these wines in the highest esteem and are generous with their praise when Jobard comes up in conversation. As such, these are extremely limited, with Joy only getting a few bottles a year.

2014 Brovia Barolo “Unio”94.99Barolo DOCG

2014 was a tough vintage, but Brovia has exceeded expectations and crafted a beautiful bottle of wine here. Instead of releasing single Cru designated bottles, Unio is a blend of the best wine. It's the only wine they released this vintage and the quality is exceptional. Elegant, delicate and light on it's feet, this wine shows the beauty rather than the brawn of Barolo.

2017 Domaine Lionnet "Terre Brûlée"79.99Cornas, Northern Rhone100% Syrah

From 70 year-old Organic vines. The nose is a bit backwards on opening—blue fruit, leather, a hint of tobacco, and a touch of black pepper. With air, black fruit and cassis notes emerge with notes of game, violets and black olive. The densely-packed palate offers swirling flavors of blackberry, black tea, cracked pepper, cherry pit, and a touch of anise on the the driving, muscular finish.

Pierre Peters "Reserve Oubliee" Grand Cru129.99Blanc de Blanc Brut

Peters’ Oubliée is textural and razor sharp. And it combines these two contrasting elements with beautiful harmony. It shows notes of mushrooms, bruised herbs, spice and saline, plus citrus and high-toned florality. The thrill of Oubliée is how it displays a mature complexity, an explosive midpalate and a light-on-its-feet persistence.
