The 96-acre property is located at the northern point of the Entre-deux-Mers in the small town of St. Germain du Puch. It's between between Libourne and Bordeaux and about a half-hour southwest of Saint-Émilion. Ripe fruits blend well with dark tannins in this firm, concentrated wine. It feels rich, with power coming both from the juicy fruit and the ripe tannic structure.

One of the domaine’s newer cuvees, coming from 20-year old vines at their Domaine du Roncée. Its appealing, forward aromas and flavors of fresh red fruits with a hint of licorice make this the type of bottle that you want to slurp down, in the same way you might with juicy Beaujolais or Barbera.

Delicate aromas of pomegranate strawberries, white flowers and earth. A sneaky delicacy of fruit is quickly overcome by dense red and black fruit, spice and earthy aromas of mushrooms and honey. Opens up overtime to reveal more sweetness of fruit earthy complexity and long sweet tannins… gorgeous.

Powerful and hedonistic. It opens with flinty aromas that segue to white peaches, baked apples, beeswax, roasted almonds and baking spices. The medium-bodied palate is textural and concentrated with flinty accents and rounded acidity, finishing with lots of savory layers and a compelling hint of dried sage.

Despite their small production and being located in Aurora, Ursula has maybe the most under-rated barrel program in Colorado. This Rye Barrel variant is the hands down best variant of the 180 Gram base with flavors of rich milk chocolate, espresso, vanilla, cinnamon, and hazelnuts. This beer was featured on the KUVO Jazz food and beer pairing segment.

Preternatural Cuvee 3 is a beer/wine hybrid that has taken 5 years to make! Barrel-aged farmhouse ale brewed with Viognier, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from California. Aged 3 years in French, Hungarian and American oak and a whopping 2 years of bottle-conditioning. This blurs the line of what is beer and wine.

Grown mostly in the area around Bethlehem and Hebron in Palestinian territories, the vineyards are located at 2600 ft of altitude. This cooler micro-climate ensures longer hang-times, more controlled ripening and an overall better structure of acids/sugars in the grapes.

Iris, new leather, aromatic herb and dark spice are just some of the aromas you'll find on this fragrant, focused red. The chiseled, elegantly structured palate is all about firm finesse, offering red cherry, cranberry, star anise, chopped mint and white pepper framed in taut refined tannins and vibrant acidity.

This is Bea's greatest white wine, and thus one of the greatest Orange Wines in the world. From 100 years old vines, trained like trees (Arboreus) this wine is singular and utterly unique. Skin contact and lees contact give this wine structure and richness, yet the acidity is amazingly complete, creating a wine that's superbly giving. Not to be missed.

The vineyards of the Enfer d’Arvier appellation are situated in an amphitheater-shaped site on steep slopes in a high-altitude valley, which receives ample sun. Danilo Thomain is the only independent vigneron working this tiny appellation. Made from the Petit Rouge grape and vinified in cuve, it has a compelling rusticity with a wild berry impression and a lively freshness on the palate.

2014 was a tough vintage, but Brovia has exceeded expectations and crafted a beautiful bottle of wine here. Instead of releasing single Cru designated bottles, Unio is a blend of the best wine. It's the only wine they released this vintage and the quality is exceptional. Elegant, delicate and light on it's feet, this wine shows the beauty rather than the brawn of Barolo.

Peters’ Oubliée is textural and razor sharp. And it combines these two contrasting elements with beautiful harmony. It shows notes of mushrooms, bruised herbs, spice and saline, plus citrus and high-toned florality. The thrill of Oubliée is how it displays a mature complexity, an explosive midpalate and a light-on-its-feet persistence.
