This wine is wildly aromatic with intense blueberry, blackberry, floral scents and clove. Like other Petites, this is a densely colored and textured wine but not like many wines made from the same grape. This is gently fermented tin order not to extract excess, drying tannin. 100% of the grapes are Rutherford AVA, Napa Valley, CCOF Certified Organically Grown.

Dull yellow-orange tone announces a wine, which had seen a prolonged contact with the skins. Nose is fresh, with a hint of vanilla and wooden notes. When tasted, wine first acts fresh and remarkably easy to drink. This is due to well-balanced acidity. Taste resembles vanilla, citrus flavours and fine wooden notes.

Mart is made from a native grape variety of the Penedés, which came close to extinction, but which has now bounced back. The grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to obtain an aromatic extraction and a slight pink colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.This wine is mainly sourced from Les Solanes, a family estate with 2 hectares of Xarel·lo growing in very special clay-limestone soils.

Half in unroasted French oak barrels, and half in concrete tanks, it is a Burgundian-style white, showing above all the qualities of the payment, with complexity but without excess of wood, a white with delicate citrus aromas and tropical fruit, a sweet background of vanilla and bakery notes, voluminous in the mouth but with very good acidity and a refreshing palate.

This wine is so good! Great salinity and perfect fresh limes. The wine maker practices all organic farming. The vines grow in sandy soil which lets the roots reach the natural water table. In turn, the wine maker dry farms this vineyard. The current vintage is 2013. The wine was aged in neutral barrel for two years then allowed to age in bottle for four years before being released. Delicious!

Viticulturist Isaac Cantalapiedra and his son Manuel work some 20 hectares of vineyards. Grapes are destemmed, and macerated 4-24 hours before pressing. The juice is wild yeast fermented 90% in steel vat, 10% in used French barrels, raised on lees for 8 months, and bottled with a light filtration and fining. The result is bewitching.

Château Pradeaux is the unique, inimitable, standard bearer for this ancient wine-growing district. After being aged in stainless steel cuves, the wine is normally bottled in the spring of the year following harvest. It is one of the richest of the rosés of France; dry but full-bodied with a floral bouquet.

Manual harvest to 40Kg baskets, whole bunch pressing, natural racking after 24 hours, and fermentation in small 600 to 1000l stainless steel tanks. Mineral and salty attack, with an exuberant, tropical aroma of pineapple, passion fruit, & fresh fruit with acidity. Perfect pairing with all seafood.

The Famille Dutraive Selections was born out of necessity. Due to new erratic weather patterns the Dutraive Family had to source fruit from other growers in Beaujolais. Sourced from one of Fleurie's highest-altitude vineyard sites with granitic soil, 'La Tonne' a high-toned, seriously elegant expression of this village's noble terroir. Notes of tart raspberries highlighted by herbal notes of rose petal and black pepper. Best served lightly chilled.

2008 is a great year in champagne the Billecart-Salmon Brut in this vintage is quite exciting! Toasty/brioche-y aromas, intense minerality coming through each sip and finishing elegant and refined. Billecart-Salmon takes pride in their craftsmanship with each champagne they release and this 2008 vintage a fantastic example of their style. A must try for all champagne lovers!

Everything is done by hand with no filtering and no fining. The Verdelho and Riesling were foot-trod before pressing to open-top tank where they co-fermented / Chardonnay whole-cluster pressed to 400L neutral puncheon. This wine is a delicious everyday wine that is meant to enjoy with friends. Great for a porch, picnic, or sitting on the couch with popcorn and a movie on!
