A fresher style of Tempranillo from winemaker Ismael Gozalo , this wine comes from a vineyard in Rueda planted on slate soils. This wine goes through a short period of semi-carbonic maceration (8 days) before resting in stainless steel tanks. The 2018 vintage of Correcaminos has medium body and ripe red and black fruit on the palate, and is still fantastically chillable!

The 2014Don Vicé is DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria, meaning it is a blend of the two prominent red varietals of the area: Frappato and Nero d’Avola. When these two grapes come together, the balance is extraordinary, as the light and fresh, acidic nature of the Frappato compliments the darker fruit and earthy structure of the Nero d’Avola.

German Gilabert sources the grapes for this Brut Nature from an organic vineyard in the Alt Penedès, and the vines were planted 35 years ago on sandy and chalky soils. There’s finesse here—fine bubbles, delicate aromas of green and red apples and mineral notes. The wine’s acidity is crystalline and sharp, with deep & focused flavors of fresh lime.

This blend of Aglianico, Barbera and Primitivo undergoes a brief maceration and rests 6 months in stainless steel tanks, sustaining the wine’s primary fruit flavors of blackberry and plum edged in light spices. This wine has a well-developed bouquet of great intensity, with dark berry and forest-like spice aromas. Notable yet supple tannins on the palate.

Today, the Hex vom Dasenstein vineyard produces some of Germany's best Pinot Noir/Spätburgunder. On the palate, this wine has notes of dark cherry fruit, plum and a smooth, tannic structure, with a touch of rich spice on the finish.
