From acclaimed wine maker Jim Clendenen, comes his 35th vintage of Au Bon Climate Pinot Noir. With hand harvested fruit from 8 top vineyards in SBC and Santa Maria Valley, including Bien Nacido, Le Bon Climat and Solomon Hills, the 2017 vintage provided dense, ripe fruit for a wine with plush tannins, deep berry and spice notes, and characteristic balance.

From acclaimed wine maker, Jim Clendenen, the 2018 Pinot Gris/Pinot Blanc is a versatile wine; with enough body and intensity to go well with food. The grapes are hand harvested, whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented (for a total of 6 mo in barrel). The Pinot Gris adds energy and bright acidity, while the Pinot Blanc lends body and minerality.

Certified Organic. 21 year-old garnatxa blanca, Iron-rich calcareous clay @390m above sea level. Two harvests: at 11.5° for freshness and at 14° for phenolics. Crushed and given 14 hours skin contact before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 3.5 months on the fine lees in stainless steel. Absolute minimal filtration, minimal SO2.

This port is deeply ruby colored with aromas reminiscent of ripe berry fruits and mulberry. The sturdy tannins are well balanced by the strength of the fruit. Intense and concentrated, with a remarkable structure and an overwhelming and persistent finish.

This sparkling wine is a fantastic blend of two white varietals with skin contact and a Bobal which is a red varietal but has no skin contact. The result is a wine that is fresh and bright. With less than two grams of residual sugar you can be guaranteed not to have a hang over in the morning if you choose to drink more than one bottle.

100% Pommard clone Pinot Noir from Silvershot Vineyard and Cancilla Vineyard grown on marine sediment and silty clay loam from Willamette Valley in Oregon at 300–600 feet elevation.
