One of the most famous & oldest soleras of Jerez, founded in 1792, composed of 106 barrels. Sold as a VORS (minimum age of 30 years), it is at least twice that age. Our alternative approach to chemical use is growing a variety of medicinal and dynamic flowers and herbs that we make into compost teas.

Typical for the grape, this wine is very dark in color and heavy in the nose, but throws a fun curve ball during your first sip. It has a lightness, accessibility and "gulpability" that invites a light chill and having a second bottle on the ready.
