Made from the oldest vines on the estate, this Cabernet displays some of the most developed flavors and structure that the property has to offer. This lot was picked early in the morning to keep the fruit cool prior to processing. The Cab Sauvignon was then de-stemmed and sorted into a stainless steel tank.

This wine has a unique, ruby red color. The bouquet is rich with berrylike aromas, homemade fruit jam, and earthy notes. This wine has a soft sweet flavor balanced with the typical acidity of our beloved Barbera grape. The smooth tannins help give a pleasant structure and nice finish

This whisky is matured in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels, which are hand made due to the delicate wood grain. It then begins a sea voyage from Osaka, Japan for up to three months allowing the whisky to ocean-mature. Extremely smooth with great complexity and a lovely balance of fruit, silky malt, and a touch of dark chocolate.

Mashbuild blends each batch from the barrels of its own stock, as listed on the label. It's the same solera approach used to make sherry, and it is producing some intriguing whiskeys. Each batch is different, but they typically are complex, smooth and eminently drinkable.

Hand picked, sorted and whole bunch pressed with minimal sulfur. Barrel fermented and aged on lees for 12 months. Minimal
malolactic fermentation. Gravity racked and gently filtered prior to bottling. White peach and citrus with cashew notes. Complex, textured palate, with minerally lemon zest.

The grapes are all harvested from Rodney's Vineyard, located in the Santa Ynez Valley. The wine is aged 9 months in 80% stainless steel tank & 20% neutral French oak barrels. Aromas of white flowers, melon, white peach and candied ginger. On the palate, bright citrus flavor, with fresh acidity and a mineral backbone. A well-balanced wine that pairs with rich seafood & poultry.

2016 was a balanced year with an abundance of warm days for optimal ripeness, and a long growing season which added complexity. The wine was fermented on the skins for 10 days and was aged 24 months in Slavonian oak casks. Elegant and fragrant, this classic expression of Barbaresco is dry and full bodied, with complex flavors of cherry, plum, anise, and spicy oak.

Each of the varietals in this Rhone blend are vinified separately, assembled in late January, and aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling in February. Autard’s Côtes-du-Rhône is full and rich, with noticeable, balanced tannins and a lively acid structure. This is a smoky, complex wine, loaded with warm raspberry fruit, showing the best attributes of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

100% Dolcetto from calcareous soils. The wine then spends three weeks maturing in used barriques, followed by 10 months in steel before release. Intense violet in color, this wine offers aromas of violets and black cherry. On the palate, it is dry and soft, with delicate tannins and a medium body. Serve this slightly chilled; fantastic with antipasto, charcuterie, or paninis.
