The final wine is a bright citrine color. It has intense and complex aromas of white, tropical and citrus fruit, alongside harmonious hints of wild shrubs. The palate is vibrant, with well-integrated acidity. Further notes of citrus fruit and flowers invite a long and balanced finish.

Mile High Spirits' flagship brand, Fireside Bourbon, boasts a touch of sweetness from Colorado corn, balanced by spice from Colorado rye. We ferment our mash with home-grown yeast, then distill in a custom copper still. Fireside is carefully aged for 2 years in #3 char barrels for its signature smoky flavor and aroma. It finishes smooth & mellow for a great Bourbon experience.

The wine is dry, vibrant and zesty. On the nose you will find aromas of intense lime, white flowers, stone fruit and wet stones. The well balanced palate combines intense citrus flavors with a hint of spice, leading to a long and refreshing finish. As always, the Prelude is very approachable at this early stage, but it will benefit from a little air to encourage its sweet and supple mid-palate. Aromas and flavors are more savory than purely fruity, with lively hints of blood orange, cranberry, and dried flowers. Pairs well with mushroom risotto, charcuterie, and swordfish.

Les Graviers is a negociant blend of Syrah from three sources in the Rhone Valley. The majority comes from the southern parts of the Drôme and Ardèche regions, and a smaller amount from vineyards around Tournon. Showing classic Syrah aromas. Richly textured, sporting earthy juicy red & concentrated black fruit, olive tapenade and minerality.

The 2018 ‘Clos du Midi’ is a rocky and mineral-driven Chenin Blanc, showing notes of citrus, white flowers, and juicy stone fruits. Although this wine is 100% Chenin Blanc, it bears the freshness of a young Sancerre, the soft richness of Chabis, but with the unmistakable charm of Chenin Blanc!

From Master Somm Nate Ready, honest farming and winemaking at its best! Delicate yet powerful. Aromas of cedar, incense and dark roses. Rich but in a sparse mountain style with wild strawberries and raspberries alongside a dusty trail. In the finish there is mint, hyssop, matsutake and stones cooled by a stream.
