Considering how the vineyards were hit by hail just before the harvest, this has turned out very well.

Miscela means blend in Italian, we are faced with a super blend of white, rosé and red wines intended to create an explosive mixture for enjoyability and drinkability. Here are mixed Trebbiano with its contribution of freshness, Pecorino with its acidity and aromatics and Montepulciano with structure and color. Lush, TART, strawberry rhubarb, juicy, grassy thing.

Aromas of bright, vibrant fruit... candied raspberries, cassis, and just a hint of roasted coffee beans. On the palate flavors of tart Rainier cherries slowly giving was to notes of blackberries, vanilla bean, and baking spice. pleasant, medium bodied tannin carries this wine to a long gentle finish accented by a touch of toasted caramel.

In the glass, the wine pours a deep purple with aromas of black currant, blackberry, coffee and a bit of vanilla dust. The palate is fresh and effortless. It's an incredibly easy-drinking wine that will go well with or without food. Perfect with grilled meats. Great value.

Aged partially in oak barrels, this medium-bodied white blend offers easygoing apple and pear flavors accented by honeycomb and nuts. Fresh but moderate acidity lends lift to the midpalate. It's a savory rather than fruit-forward wine with a moderately long finish.

This elegant aperitif cider was made using our Northern winter cold to concentrate fresh-pressed cider from Vermont apples, we fermented the concentrate to make a pure dry cider infused with a special blend of herbs. Refreshing and aromatic, it has delicate apple flavor and white floral, honey, and anise notes. Serve over ice with a twist of lime, or use in cocktails.

Incredible value from a benchmark producer! 100% stalks are removed and the whole berries are then conveyed into vats. The wines are bottled after a second winter in wood without fining or filtration. The wines are rarely deep in color but are brilliantly fragrant in bouquet and notably persistent on the finish. Medium-bodied on the palate, this wine will age beautifully.
