This ensures a very crisp and mineral driven wine. This chardonnay is not a wine that is buttery or oaky. There is some creaminess due to the fact that wine sat on the fine lees for six months.

Keller rarely makes off-dry Riesling, and can only do so when the conditions are perfect.
