Produced with grapes from our best Garnacha Tintorera lots, harvested by hand in boxes during the first weeks of September. Fermentation and ageing in concrete tanks for almost 8 months. Final smoothing in small French oak casks for 6 months.This wine is cherry red in color with purple hues. Upfront, it is intense with aromas of fresh red fruits and flowers.

This is a Grand Cru Fendant from Vétroz, coming from very steep-sloped vineyards that climb the valley walls. It has an aromatic profile that speaks in a hushed tone. The subtlety is prized as it allows for the terroir of the various soils to shine through. The name Fendant comes from the grape's tendency to implode when pressure is applied with the fingers. CREAMY!!

This 2015 has a deep ruby color and a bouquet that is both intense and elegant. Aromas of ripe fruit, forest undergrowth and oak combine for an attractive complexity. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, the wine’s maturity is already
evident, and follows through the mid-palate to a smooth and powerful finish, the signature of a great vintage.
