Golden sour lagers aged on Blueberries in Chardonnay barrels, and Rhubarb in Bourbon barrels. Tart, funky, and subtle boysenberry and strawberry jam. Plenty of wood in the finish rounding out with some citrus & some blueberry skin.

The first beer to be barrel-aged in Rum Barrels released by The Lost Abbey, Santo Ron Diego began as a strong ale brewed dark candi syrup and spices before it made its way in to the Rum barrels. Initial aroma’s of sweet rum, cocoa with hints of vanilla, orange peel,ginger, brown sugar, and spiced rum throughout with a drying black pepper finish.

Tender notes of Conference pear on the nose have the slightest touch of lemon zest. On the palate much more fruit becomes apparent. Green and yellow pear, juicy apple and ripe lemon all make an appearance. The result is a soft, fruity, dry and light wine.

This wine reveals typical characteristics of the Garnacha variety; floral aromas alongside those of plum and low mountain scrub against a mineral background typical of granite-based soil.

Sea Sun Pinot Noir is created from the singular beauty and character of the California coast. Like Sea Sun Chardonnay, this wine is sourced from three premier coastal regions of California. Their ideal conditions allow for an extended growing season and enable us to create a layered wine – intense and creamy on the palate, with lush fruit and grippy tannins.

This limited release from Scar of the Sea is a highlight of what they do. 100% Rosé of Pinot Noir is a pale salmon color almost white. Sourced from the Organically farmed Topotero Vinyeard in San Luis Obispo County. The vines were planted in 1998. Whole cluster pressed and native fermentation in French oak barrels. Bottled at 0.8 brix to finish in bottle. 171 cases produced.

As with all his wines, this wine is dry farmed from a single vineyard and produced with organic and biodynamic methods. 48 hours of skin contact add both color and flavor to this wine, leaving it with a slight pinkish hue. The wine has notes of white cherries, melon, and quince. Delicious and versatile, with a lush mouthfeel, pair this with chicken, fish, or any lighter fare.

Vaguely reminiscent of iced tea with floral, honey aromatics plus a touch of sweet mint. Yuzu and Ginger provide balance along with a liveliness and zest without overwhelming. The gentle carbonation along with the citrus fruits makes this an incredibly unique, non-alcoholic mixer.

Pair with Roku Japanese Gin or 4 Roses Bourbon for an easy mule.

18th century historical ale brewed with Syrah grapes and matured in oak barrels from their flag brand, Saint Bon-Chien. This was brewed to commemorate their 20th Anniversary. The complex base with the red grapes creates a beautiful contrast of bright stone fruit & jammy red fruit tied together with a backbone of tart minerality.

Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months. With a pleasant tartness, it has a super complex palate that reveals itself as it warms in the glass. It will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red color and forest fruit aromas.

The Sylvaner vines at Leitz sit at the top of the Rüdesheimer Drachenstein vineyard, along the forest line and are more than 30 years old. The 'Alte Reben' is fermented with native yeasts in old German füder with continued elevage on the lees. This is a ridiculous value, as this wine expresses incredible textures and layers that one would normally find in a more expensive wine.

Aromas of raspberry, blueberry and crushed violets. Flavors of spiced dried cherries, florals and a hint of white pepper translate to a balanced wine supported with generous mouthfeel. 10 months in barrel, 30% New French and American oak.
