At just 10% alcohol this bottle is a perky, limestone-riddled, tart-cranberry and red-fruited joy of a wine, made in that classic, glou-glou party style. The 2019 vintage has a bit more structure and a pleasant feral quality. The wine was fermented in stainless steel, with carbonic maceration and bottled early, but then allowed to settle in bottle for about 6 months. The malo finished in tank and the wine was bottled without any added sulfur.
