Another delicious wine from Broc Cellars! The whole cluster grapes went through an extended partial carbonic fermentation, which makes the 2017 vintage more structured and age-worthy. Fermented in concrete and stainless steel, wine was pumped over twice per day. We aged in concrete and neutral French oak for 10 months. 1,001 cases made.

It’s famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is being made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau whole leaf hops. A perfect combination that has been nationally and internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium.

Its bouquet is lively and tickles the nose with an element of citrus which even tends towards grapefruit thanks to the use of only the highest-quality hop varieties. This is also reflected in the flavour, which is beautifully balanced with a hint of spiciness.

Vinification in stainless steel with maceration for two weeks. Fermentation takes place under a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 1st and 2nd use barriques, and then the wine ages in French oak for 6 months. Intense ruby red, verging on garnet in time. Fruity when young, with enticing raspberry aromas, grows more and more complex with bottle age. Full and flavorful, with gobs of sweet plum and cherry fruit.

Dense ruby core moving out to a distinguished magenta-pink rim. You can immediately sense the wine’s power and elegance, but to fully understand the sheer aromatics at play here, it needs a bit of air. After 30-60 minutes in a decanter, it bursts with muddled black cherries, wild strawberries, tangerine blossoms, rose petals violets, forest floor. Simply Delicious!

A refreshing dry red blend. The nose is fragrant with rhubarb, blackberry and crushed peppercorns. The palate is voluptuous with broad weight and mouthfeel. Blackcherries, violets and a touch of savory charcuterie round out a lengthy, elegant finish.

“The Two Marias,” is named after the winemakers’ grandmother. This Verdejo has flavors of stone fruit, almonds and notes of citrus peel. Full bodied and smooth in the mouth with good structure and a long, fresh finish. Good pairings include seafood, salads and cheese.

Maryland rye, a style from pre-Prohibition days, is fruity, floral, and less aggressive. Leopold Bros. Maryland-Style Rye Whiskey achieves this unique flavor profile by hand selecting a variety of yeast strains that delivers a whiskey that pays homage to a style that hasn't been made in decades. The rye whiskey is barreled at the traditional 98 proof.

Whisky Advocate named this a top-20 whiskey of the year. Aroma of candy apples, peanuts, caramel, spiced cookies, and old barn boards, redolent with maturity and complexity. Palate: cinnamon Red Hots, grape soda, blackberry candy, chocolate-covered caramels, candy apple, and roasted corn, with lush oak rounding out into a peppery finish of cherry cola and roasted pecans.

Hell Bear American Whiskey is a blend of straight rye whiskey, 4 year and a 5 year bourbon. Fruit and subtle botanicals upfront, prominent rye spice mid-palate and a smooth vanilla caramel finish. The finished product provides hints of berries up front, big cinnamon spice, nice sweet cereal grains on the finish, and lasting vanilla intertwined with baking spices.

Our rye whiskey is known for its spiciness; its rich and shifting flavor and aroma. The spirit’s peppery start transitions to a honey-cinnamon depth. Note the butteriness that lingers after each sip. Needless to say, this spirit makes an incredible Manhattan. 92 proof

Intense and expressive, this is the first release from Dave Phinney of Orin Swift fame. His highly anticipated four-year-old Bourbon is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. Aromatically intriguing with brown sugar, caramel, butterscotch and toasty oak. The palate is smooth and lush with loads of vanilla bean, baking spices, maple and apples with a long, enticing finish.
