Mashbill: 72% corn, 18% rye, 10% malted barley. Nose: A bright and lively blast of fruit with complementing floral and oak elements. Palate: A great mix of sweet and spicy. Dark fruit is most prominent, with hints of caramel, vanilla, and just the right amount of oak. The sweetness here is balanced by a nearly perfect spice note. A long, sweet finish, almost perfectly balanced.

The "twin oak" refers to a custom barrel design that imparts more oak flavor. The results are perfect for fans of bolder, wood-forward bourbons. The nose is heavy on the char, licorice, and clove notes, herbal and earthy. Bold cereal character is followed by a fresh popcorn note that feels younger than 10 years. Secondary notes are mainly baking spice, butterscotch and clove.

The vineyards for Circa are located in Mauves on granitic slopes, giving this wine a unique mineral backbone not always shown in Rhone whites. Yellow gold in color, and very pleasant on the nose. On the palate, this wine has a lovely creamy texture; slightly lemon with vanilla and underlying minerality. Soft and supple, with enough acidity and vivaciousness to go perfectly with many rich foods.

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve," is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This dark ale has rich flavors of mulling spices, dark bread, plum, and caramel with a smooth palate and warming finish.
