This is a small batch, column distilled, International-style gin. A juniper body is balanced with notes of bright citrus and complimentary spicy undertones. The juniper in this gin is sourced locally from juniper bushes around Fort Collins, adding to the amazing balance of all 8 different botanicals that deliver a nice, balanced gin.

Unlike other distillers, we distill each botanical – juniper, coriander, pummelos, orris root, Valencia oranges, and more – separately to bring out only the purest flavors and aromas to be blended together for a softer and brighter spirit. This iconic Colorado distiller comes through once again, bringing us a spirit named "Best American Gin" by The Wall Street Journal.

Primitivo has been arguably identied as the same grape as zinfandel. However, while they share parentage, it has become evident that they are separate clones. Like its cousin, the Primitivo yields dark colored wines redolent of wild blackberries with spicy, someyimes peppery nuances. Bold in tannins it is generally full-bodied.

This is a beer that defies styles or categories. This is what Avery is about. To further facilitate this innovative spirit, they've developed a Barrel-Aged Series where anything, and they mean ANYTHING, goes! Brewed for those as adventurous as they are! Three-part collaboration with Jester King Brewery and Brasserie Trois Dames, this beer was fermented with Crooked Stave's house culture of wild yeast and bacteria. All three breweries used an identical base recipe and aged the beer in the same style of Spanish Sherry Barrels.

Funky and dry with a mildly tart finish, it is lightly carbonated as an homage to classic, unblended, lambic beer, but with a deeper complexity from extra time in barrels.

Deep rich mocha fudge chocolate, dark roast coffee, roasted nuts, caramel, malt and vanilla.

Brewed with an irresponsible amount of barley, then aged for a year in Hawke's Bay Merlot barrels. The Merlot barrels add to the complexity of the beer with it adding bright yet subtle notes of raspberries, blackberries, and tart cherries that contrasts beautifully with all the dark chocolate and roast-forward malt flavors.
