Jefferson’s Bourbon is made in very small batches. We take up to four different Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies of different ages and marry them together. Doing this, we get a lot of complexity and balance while maintaining the consistency needed in a bourbon, We wanted to make it big enough for the connoisseur, yet approachable for people just getting into premium bourbon.

This dark, sour ale has roots deep in brewing history and predates most of the ales that have become popular in contemporary culture. Flemish-Style Red Ale aged in red wine barrels for 18 months. It's pleasantly sour with hints of leather, dark fruit and toasty oak.

Collaboration with Jester King. Dark mixed culture ale fermented in whiskey barrels with Texas blueberries and rose hips. Notes of tart blueberries, rose hips, dark fruit. Some vanilla, unboozy woody, and a general funkiness round out the subtle nuances.

Saison brewed with Motueka and Saaz hops. Fermented in oak tanks with two strains of Brettanomyces. Brewed with 10,000 lbs of black raspberries! We brewed this special beer for the band MOS GENERATOR . Bright flavors of jammy raspberries, vinous red wine, Brett funk, and dark plums.

This batch was aged 100% in fresh Law’s Whisky Barrels. The spice notes are more apparent, the vanillin is a bit more pronounced and touch of lovely caramel corn sort of flavors only add to the high traits of the sour base. Bold oak wafts from the glass but it entices and pulls one in for another sip.

A mild pine nose. It's earthy, complex flavor is full bodied and has subtle hints of cloves and nutmeg.

Brewed to celebrate their 5th Anniversary, this is a tart raspberry saison. It's crafted as a midly tart saison with the intention of a robust fruit integration in secondary fermentation. Over 8lbs per barrel of pureed raspberries were blended into the base saison. Tons of jammy raspberries, a touch of funk, and a Champagne dryness.

Distinctively floral with light notes of smoke, mid-palate hints of citrus, plus deeper traces of smoke. The acidity & high-proof makes cocktails exceptional.

Ransom Old Tom Gin opens with seductive aromatics of juniper berries and coastal forest, set off by apothecary spice notes of cardamom and angelica. The palate is rich and silky, with malt flavors punctuated by lively citrus zest and heady exotic notes of coriander and teak.

This is an exuberant Barbera with lavish morello cherries, though more nuanced notes of brambles and bark lie behind. Moreover, the full-bodied palate is quite understated and framed in well-delineated tannins. It opens through a burst of acidity on the medium-chewy finish. Drink from 2020.

This wine comes from Jean-Claude Mas's Saint Hilare Vineyard, in Limoux, near the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains. The grapes give birth to wines with a rare elegance and a unique character. Pinot Noir adapts wonderfully to the Limoux climate and soils. This wine displays a quintessence of red fruits, blackcurrant, cherry and spicy aromas, with a hint of vanilla.
