This rye is part of the Michter's small-batch line that is meant to pay tribute to the distillery's heritage as a pioneer in American whiskey. It has notes of spice, pepper, citrus, butterscotch and oak with a smooth finish, and it is known to be a great rye to put in a Manhattan.

All the guest winemakers that take part in the Lecciones de Vuelo joint venture with Viña Zorzal are offered to produce
their interpretation of the paraje Corral de los Altos in Fitero. Zorzal's interpretaion of a 45-year-old plot of Garnacha planted on a north-facing stony part of the village. Medium to full bodied with contained ripeness and chalky texture.

Straw yellow with greenish hues, fine perlage, slow fermentation index. The nose has notes of intense orange blossom, peach and thyme (the main aromas found in the grapes). The palate is intense, elegant and lingering. The sweet sensations are well balanced with a pleasant acidity and fruity aromas typical of Muscat grapes. Ideal with pastries, cakes, fruit tarts, ice cream, biscuits. Also delicious with cheeses such as gorgonzola and in cocktails.

This wine comes from the northern parcel of Corral de los Altos, on rocky soil, located on the top of a high plateau where the northerly “cierzo” wind places a key role. Early harvest, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in 3000-litre stainless steel tanks, soft winemaking. 9 months ageing in 500-litre french used barrels.

This is the much-sought-after flagship rye from a team recently named craft distiller of the year. The nose reveals a wonderful balance of dried fruit and baking spices along with complex wood notes. The palate is relatively mild for a 100% rye, but there is still plenty of cinnamon, clove, pepper, toffee, book-leather and fresh-cut oak. This is a nice new rye to try.

The Original is the flagship single malt Scotch whisky from the Glemorangie Distillery in the Highlands. Matured in a combination of first-and-second-fill American white oak casks for 10 years, the expression is a benchmark for creamy, approachable single malt. Grapes for this wine are grown in sandy clay soil that is rich with limestone. Fruit is hand-harvested, before vinification in stainless steel vats. Bottled early, 6 months after the harvest. The color of this wine is clear and brilliant. A very intense nose of flowers, white peach and pear. On the palate, aromas are expressed with balance and an amazing freshness. A great example of Rhone white, single varietal Viognier.

Female winemaker Valentina Passalacqua focuses on 100% Natural, unfined, unfiltered, no sulphite aded wines. Orange in color, bright ripe fruit with the perfect amount acidity. Super tropical with notes of apricot and peach. Finishes super dry with a pleasant bit of bitter. Fresh & funky profile unlike many orange wines.

Primarily the indigneous Nero di Troia grape, but importantly blended with the aromatic Aletico grape that gives the wine a purple flower and racy raspberry tone. A beautiful wine, great for fans of mineral rosé, sour beers or cranberry kombucha. Native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining, and bottled with no additions.
