40% Marsanne & 60% Roussanne from a single vineyard in the Los Chacayes IG in the Uco Valley. The nose jumps out of the glass w/ notes of orange peel, apricot, candied peach, and tangerine all woven together w/ white flowers, lavender, & a touch of coriander. The palate shows good acidity to matched w/ a full bodied character. Finishes w/ notes of honeydew and a hint of flor.

This wine is the most tasty inexpensive biodynamic wine that I have ever had! I found it in NYC at RAW Wine Fair in 2017. It is rich with out being cloying and has fantastic acid back bone that is electric running through the core. It also has a aroma of beautiful white flowers. Super tasty wine.

This wine taps into the vast nuance of sensorial experience. Aromatics include crushed violet, pink peppercorn, rhubarb, and blackberry. As fresh as this wine is, there is a sublime earthy note of autumn leaves and petrichor. To me, Mondeuse is the feminine version of Syrah.

The Bakari Pinot Grigio is farmed biodynamically in Veneto. It undergoes 3 hours of maceration before going into spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, it is aged in stainless steel, left unfiltered, and seeing minimal sulfuring.

Agricola Cirelli is a certified-organic farm high up in the mountains in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Francesco Cirelli bought the land in 2003, right after his graduation from university. His Cerasuolo is a fresh rosé wine, savory and balanced, aged on the lees in steel tanks. Aromas of small red fruits, cherries and delicate spices animate a savory, light and refreshing sip.

The nose of this wine reflects scents of meadow flowers, fresh strawberries and raspberries, and in the back of your nose you’ll find hints of honey. The palate comes alive with off dry flavors of red fruits, those strawberries and raspberries come to life, cherry notes present as well. The finish has mineral nuances and a light salinity before the acid cleanses your palate.
