The Raffault rosé is a classic expression of rosé from the wine district of Chinon. Made entirely of Cabernet Franc, the wine has excellent intensity, while still retaining the fundamental elegance and sheer prettiness of Loire rosé. Berries, flowers, citrus, and much more.

This Txakolí has the soul of its owner, Jon Goenaga, a self-taught winemaker who has managed to produce spectacular wine while respecting the land and its environment. Txakoli is a highly esteemed white wine in our Basque Country, made mostly from the grape called Hondarrabi Zuri. Jon's is very fresh, with sparkle and with its own personality.

A fuller bodied style yet remains fresh and expressive. This nebbiolo is ready to drink young. Light garnet red in color, the nose expresses floral and fruity scents. Complex and pleasant, in the mouth it shows good body, delicacy and a decisive freshness. Closes long, on the fruit. Throughout the meal, it goes well with meat-based first courses.

Jean-Louis Dutraive, "the heart of Beaujolais", has been a leader in organic viticulture and naturally produced Beaujolais since 1989. Aromas of dark cherry, violets and exotic spices on the nose. Rustic and complex on the palate, Dutraive compares the Grand'Cour to a baby Beaune Rouge in its muscle and breadth.

Perhaps the top-site of the iconic, natural wine superstar Jean-Louis Dutraive. Just below the winery in Fleurie is the iconic terroir known as "Champagne", containing the oldest, lowest yielding vines in the Dutraive arsenal (70-100 years old). While all of Dutraive's wines provide immediate pleasure, "Champagne" also has the ability to develop for years to come.

Bottled under Jean-Louis Dutraive's "famille" label for sourced fruit from like-minded growers, "Les Deduits" comes from one of Fleurie's highest-altitude vineyard sites with granitic soil. It is a high-toned, seriously elegant expression of this village's noble terroir. Think notes of tart raspberries highlighted by herbal notes of rose petal and black pepper.

Willett continues to be one of the hottest names in Kentucky bourbon and rye, and this is their flagship spirit. After years of sourcing the whiskey for this one, Willett has recently begun adding in its own small-batch bourbons to the mix. What you get is a nicely balanced blend with a sweet, fruity nose and a palate caramel, toffee, candied pecans, spice cabinet and orange.

Distilled in small batches and aged in new American white oak barrels. The Whiskey Exchange named this "Whisky Of The Year" for 2019, making it the first whiskey made in the United States to achieve this honor. Warm toasted burnt sugar notes with spice, sweet, smoky fruit, candied cherries and honeyed vanilla. Remarkably elegant; starts out like a bourbon, finishes like a rye.

Kentucky Owl is among the most-hyped bourbon and rye distillers in America. Its last two batches of rye were both 11 years old; Batch 1 scored 95 points from Whisky Advocate while Batch 2 scored 93 points. This third release uses some younger whiskeys, but it's still a lovely whiskey deserving of another high rating.

Writers Tears is an award-winning recreation of a whiskey blend that was a favorite of some Irish literary giants: Yeats, Shaw, Joyce, Beckett and Wilde, to name but a few. It was said that they enjoyed it so much, when they cried their tears were of whiskey. This is a full-bodied, flavorsome dram with a smooth, creamy texture.
