A delightfully complex and mouth-watering orange wine from a premier cru site made by a historic winemaking family. It shows pure notes of white peach, quince and ripe kumquat. The acidity and gentle tannin give this wine a fine-boned structure and a long, delicious finish.

This starts out with a more savory, earthy and spicy expression and has a gently meaty edge to the nose with a vibrant, exotic feel. Violets and wild herbs abound with forest wood and sous bois – very complex already. The palate has a very tautly composed feel with acidity really adding spark to dense, powerful tannins. Red and dark cherries abound.

This harmonious version is bright, with tangy acidity enlivening the flavors of cantaloupe, star fruit, pastry cream and lemon preserves. Offers a chalk-tinged undertow and a spiced finish that lingers.

Fel Pinot Gris is a lovely expression of Anderson Valley’s cool-climate terroir, simultaneously rich and unctuous but with a tremendous brightness and refreshing acidity.The fruit from three vineyards located in the warmer end of Anderson Valley that is better protected from the ocean breezes, giving the wine its rich tropical notes.

Only the faintest hint of lemon balm comes though on the nose of this wine. The palate has bright freshness that pervades the medium body with sunny, lemony charm. A gentle texture and inherent balance put freshness center stage.

The Chateau de St. Cosme Gigondas displays a deep ruby color with enticing aromas of gingerbread, blackberry, and white pepper. The palate offers ample freshness, sweet tannins, and a full bodied, lingering texture. Perfect with meat loaf and roasted fingerling potatoes.

40% 13-year Kentucky with a mashbill of 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% barley. The other three are Bardstown Bourbon Company blends aged 3 & 4 years made with corn, rye, and malted barley. On the nose, mild floral and sweet, fresh sugar cane are the first scents to come forward followed by subtle smoke. In the glass, this whiskey is smooth and sweet. Hints of eucalyptus give way to some of the sweet floral elements carried over from the nose. A tinge of bitter coffee compliments a nutty finish.

Distilled with 29 botanicals, AMASS Dry Gin is a celebration of contemporary Los Angeles. Indigenous botanicals like California Bay and Cascara Sagrada ground bright top notes of fresh citrus. Two different mushrooms pair with juniper to create a complex profile. This is a complex, interesting pour for those seeking a gin off the beaten path. It would make a terrific martini.

Puntagave's premium mezcals are produced by Patricio Hernandez in Santiago Matalan using copper pot stills. This mezcal has notes of moderate oak and sweet agave with complex aromas of fresh green vegetables and touches of pepper. It has a long viscous finish with lasting oak and notes of cedar.

If you haven't experienced sotol, you're missing an up-and-coming spirit that is prized in Mexico. Sotol La Higuera Wheeleri has a rounded balance of smoke herbs and fruit. The nose is more herbal with hints of smoke while the palate shows more of the herbs with hints of pineapple.

100% Cortese. Soft yellow with light green reflections, the nose has aromas of orange blossom, green apple, and lime. On the palate, the wine is fresh and crisp with zippy citrus notes on the finish. Fermented in stainless steel on the lees. Great as an aperitif wine.
