Pink color, clean and bright. Fruit and floral aromas, wild strawberries and other forest fruits. Well balanced with good acidity and freshness. The vines are exposed to extreme contrast in temperature and grow under difficult conditions which creates unusual wines as the grapes growing at high altitudes are noted for their higher natural acidity.

Bonanza is produced by Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of Caymus Vineyards. It reflects the “bonanza” of the great state of California – the discovery of land where delicious Cabernet can be farmed. Calling back to a time when good wine with dinner was a simple pleasure, Bonanza features flavors of dark berries, vanilla and toasty bread with with silky tannins.

Delicate bubbles with citrus and apricot after taste. Pale yellow with green tints. Very delicate and fresh nose. Harmonious mouth with a nice acidity. A lot of volume and a very long mouth typical of Vouvray's best soils. The quality of a vintage sparkling Vouvray.

This wine starts with expressive aromatic citrus oil and green grass on the nose. It unfolds to crisp, clean wine, but with striking mineral precision, plenary generosity, and a surprising structure, screaming out of the glass. Made with 100% Barbera this is an undisgorged sparkling red that has gone through secondary fermentation in the bottle. It was aged in stainless steel tanks before 6 months rest in bottle. It’s light and bright with very pleasant acid balanced by a slightly sweet finish. Brilliant for a multitude of occasions!

This cider arises out of a blend between two varieties, aiming to emphasise the taste of fresh apples. Topaz juice ferments in oak barriques and a part of the Gold Rush undergoes a weeklong maceration. Its result: a delicate acidity, a slight residual sweetness as well as a highly perceptible flavour of crispy sun-ripened apples, which is underlined by fine bubbles.
