This wine is mostly sourced from declassified Puligny Montrachet premier cru vineyards, with some Bourgogne blanc vines from outside of Puligny Montrachet. The vines are between 40 and 80 years old, and are farmed organically. Native yeasts are employed for fermentation, and the wine is fermented neutral oak.
