Balanced and vibrant, this medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon shows off expressive aromas and flavors of dark, red fruits and berries with notes of black licorice, cocoa powder, dried sage, and toast. the oak is well integrated for good structure and a smooth, lingering finish. Aged in French oak barrels, 20% new. the wines are kept 18 months in barrel before final blending.

The FruitNat is a pétillant naturel ‘fruit wine’ made of a blend of dessert pears, foraged apple and plums, and Mondeuse grapes. Fermented with indigenous yeast, unfiltered and unfined, disgorged. No sulfur added, zero/zero. Delicious and refreshing any time of year.

Camphor, wild berry, blue flower and brown spice aromas lead the way. The taut palate shows cranberry, pomegranate, baking spice and a hint of chopped mint alongside fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity.

Light, fresh and vibrant Champagne, effusing intense, expressive fruit, while extensive cellar-ageing brings appealing maturity to perfect style and consistency. Aromas of juicy pear and crunchy apricot merge and weave in a beguiling fusion around a mass of delicate bubbles, gradually unleashing their true character over time.

The Zwettl Monastery was founded in 1074 and in 1171 the Monks of Zwettl were granted their first vineyards. Zweigelt fits perfectly into the estate’s Burgundy focus, especially as this variety is related to Pinot Noir. The Zweigelt vineyards in Gobelsburg are found on banks of crushed gravelly stones that were formed during the last Ice Age.

The vineyard Bönnigheimer Schupen is a slope directly facing south with Gipskeuper soil. In the 1970’s the Pinot Noir vines were planted here in the most limy soils of our estate. The wines from this slope always taste more powerful than those grown in Schildsandstein. They display extraordinary elegance and a delicately structured acidity

Les Perrières smells like a hike in the forest after a spring rain, with a campfire burning in the distance; like a wild blackberry patch in summer; like a carpet of newly fallen leaves in the autumn. The aromas evoke a powerful sense of nostalgia, imploring me to slow down, savor, reflect, and above all, inhale deeply.

This wine was a show stopper, and drinks way above its price point. This wine is mostly sourced from declassified Puligny Montrachet premier cru vineyards, with some Bourgogne blanc vines from outside of Puligny Montrachet. The vines are between 40 and 80 years old, and are farmed organically. Native yeasts are employed for fermentation, and the wine is fermented neutral oak.

This wine exhibits a glass-coating opaque purple color. It has an expressive nose of pain grille, briar, minerality and blueberry and blackberry overtones. This plush, opulent wine has great density, savory flavors and a very lengthy finish that gets better with age.

Aged in wood foudres, this wine performs brilliantly. Floral notes accent red berries on the nose, while on the full-bodied palate, darker notes of espresso, black olive and chocolate take charge. It's richly tannic but ripe, with a creamy-velvety feel in the mouth and a long, savory finish.

The 2019 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru is a little richer on the nose than the Les Butteaux, offering touches of butterscotch mixed with dried flowers, all very open and expressive. The open-knit palate is rounded and honeyed on the entry, and the minerally finish lingers in the mouth. Superb

La Spinetta's 2015 Barolo Campè is one of the wines in this vintage that will drink well right out of the gate. Broad and ample on the palate, the 2015 possesses tremendous textural richness and sheer volume. Black cherry, plum, licorice, spice, menthol and chocolate abound in this inviting Barolo from La Spinetta.

This wine is easygoing, fruity and rather soft in texture, showing jammy strawberry and blueberry flavors and mild tannins.
